If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend. This was our second visit. Good portions, reasonably priced, and the workers have all been very friendly and polite. Nice little Westfield gem.
I am so impressed with how friendly, clean, and personable this place is! Definitely will come back again!
My son and I came here only a few times but tonight we met Mrs. C herself. What a beautiful soul! I’ll definitely be supporting this small business not only because they have the freshest ice cream in town but because the owner herself made it a point to check in with us and made time for small talk. 10/10 highly recommend.

Mrs. C's Soft Serve & Cafe is a great local business in Westfield that's open late for the perfect summer night ice cream. It is a nice little Westfield gem with good soft serve ice cream, large portions, and lots of flavor options, all reasonably priced. The workers have all been very friendly and polite, and the owner is so friendly. The flavors are amazing and right on the money, with fun and flavorful options to choose from. Customers have tried the Sunset Special, Canoli, snickersoodle, eggnog, perline, chai tea flavored soft serve, cheesecake flavor soft serve, normal chocolate/van twist soft serve w/ sprinkles, and a Reese's Flurry. Gelato and sorbet options have been added, including a blueberry lavender Sorbet and a s'mores gelato. The sitting area and parking isn't amazing but not bad.
