Starbucks consistently has very good food, and the staff are usually pretty friendly. I really enjoy their eggs bites, which are always warm and cheesy. Their bagels and cream cheese are also very good, albeit the bagels are very small However, their prices are extremely expensive, costing about 5 dollars for 2 eggs bites and 6 for a tall (small sized) Frappuccino.
This Starbucks used to have phenomenal service but they have seriously been slacking the last few months! I think it's because the crew had changes. This is the 4th time I walk in to pick up my mobile order and it's not ready (even though it was placed more than 5 minutes ago). And every time I sit down to wait, not a single one of the crew members asks me what the name for the order is. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this made my day. The older man at the window (didn’t catch his name) was so happy and kind, used my name when greeting me at the drive through with a big smile on his face. Something so simple but it’s so rare to see that nowadays. Absolutely made my Monday :)
