I don’t typically leave reviews, but this made my day. The older man at the window (didn’t catch his name) was so happy and kind, used my name when greeting me at the drive through with a big smile on his face. Something so simple but it’s so rare to see that nowadays. Absolutely made my Monday :)

Starbucks consistently has very good food, and the staff are usually pretty friendly. I really enjoy their eggs bites, which are always warm and cheesy. Their bagels and cream cheese are also very good, albeit the bagels are very small However, their prices are extremely expensive, costing about 5 dollars for 2 eggs bites and 6 for a tall (small sized) Frappuccino.

Even while being understaffed, the customer service was extremely unpleasant. While there was a fair number of people, I'm sure most understood that a few workers could only do so much and would be willing to wait. There was no need to get frustrated amongst themselves and kick everyone out of the main store and close it down. Yelling at people that were patiently waiting AFTER the rush was over is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. The coffee itself was only okay. 2/10. Would not recommend.

Okay I always order on the app and let me tell you after the remodel they had, they have downgraded so much the service, the food, and making the drinks. They charge .60 more for extra caramel drizzle and they never put extra I always have to tell them and on top of that I asked for caramel crunch, I get to work and there’s none in there I paid extra for it. The food I get is always cold and they handed me a sandwich that looked like it was just smashed in the bag.Such a joke. I’ll just start going to the Starbucks at the pike. I’m always having a problem with them messing up.

This Starbucks used to have phenomenal service but they have seriously been slacking the last few months! I think it's because the crew had changes. This is the 4th time I walk in to pick up my mobile order and it's not ready (even though it was placed more than 5 minutes ago). And every time I sit down to wait, not a single one of the crew members asks me what the name for the order is. Not saying their quality of drinks is lacking, still exceptionally satisfying beverages. It's the baristas that seem to be lacking their "Starbucks enthusiasm" and quick pace of work. I still see a few gems of a barista there, though!

Every single time I come here the service is exceptional. Today I was having a particularly rough day and I said that to the cashier behind the counter, because although I wasn't being mean in any way, I felt like my energy was easy to pick up on and felt bad about that. In response this person was very kind and understanding. In addition, I had no idea what I wanted really and they were helpful and asked all the right questions. I loved the latte I ordered. It was delicious. To top it all off and in a shocking event, not only were the workers nice, they were incredibly empathetic and ended up writing a note on my cup. This really made my day and they truly did add a little joy to it, just like the cup says! Thank you very much to whoever you are!
