bNapoli is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the area. We have visited the restaurant twice, and both times have been exceptional, from service to food quality. If you ever can dine here, I 100% recommend you do! It's an excellent atmosphere for a date night or meeting with friends. Yet another amazing experience at our favorite restaurant. Veal medallions tender enough to eat with a spoon, and monkfish to die for. Excellent service. The lemon custard with blueberries served brûlée was so good I had to fight the urge to lick the bowl. Thank God they had dividers between the tables. The moans and groans we uttered were reminiscent of that scene in When Harry Met Sally . . . we want what they're serving?

This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite.
