Terrible customer service, soggy pizza, long waits for take out
This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.

bNapoli is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the area. We have visited the restaurant twice, and both times have been exceptional, from service to food quality. If you ever can dine here, I 100% recommend you do! It's an excellent atmosphere for a date night or meeting with friends. We highly recommend all the dishes we have tried: Veal Bolognese, Salt-Brick Chicken, Margherita Pizza, and Ricotta Gnocchi. For dessert: Lemon Curd Brulee, Triple Cioccolato di Mousse, and Budino di Caffe. Lastly, the bread they bring you at the start is delicious! If you are up for an appetizer, we recommend the Truffle Fries.

Yet another amazing experience at our favorite restaurant. Veal medallions tender enough to eat with a spoon, and monkfish to die for. Excellent service. The lemon custard with blueberries served brûlée was so good I had to fight the urge to lick the bowl. Thank God they had dividers between the tables. The moans and groans we uttered were reminiscent of that scene in When Harry Met Sally . . . we want what they're serving?

In town on business with two associates, we decided last minute to go to B Napoli. We were able to get a table. No problem on a Wednesday night. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Nice little Italian spot that I'll definitely go back to.

Everything was amazing!!! We had a little miscommunication with our party and some people ended up coming a little late. Our waitress was understanding and pleasant. She helped with suggestions on food. We all loved our food, dessert and drinks!

Food was amazing! Although we had a reservation and were seated promptly, we were nearest to the door on a cold night and felt it every time the door opened. It took too long for someone to ask about a drink order and a long time for drinks and food to arrive.

Dined on Valentines Day. Service was friendly and prompt. Sat at the bar. Both the drinks and food were excellent. Would definitely recommend. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.
My experience at B Napoli yesterday was absolutely great. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were greeted by the counter staff who immediately found our reservation and offered us a selection of tables. Our main waitress was extremely professional and personable. I felt very comfortable knowing that she would assist us in making dinner choices which she did. Both my wife and ordered one of the special entrees which were plentiful and excellent. We both had to take what we could not eat home. The support staff working under the watchful eye of our waitress was also very attentive.

This restaurant is top notch on all levels. A well-thought out menu, beautiful plating and everything actually tastes delicious! The service is exceptional, and the decor is lovely. Plus they take care of your coats and offer valet parking. This is THE place to go for a special treat or celebration.
Such a great spot in West Springfield for a high-end experience! We started off with some drinks (amazing as always) and then the crostini which was a delicious appetizer! Complimentary bread and oil was brought out as well, there were no crumbs left between the 3 of us. I always get the gnocchi every time I go, it is like biting into a pillow, so soft and melts into your mouth. I was able to try the veal dish, which was mouthwatering and packed with flavor. My significant other got a pork chop special for the evening, and we both agreed that it was the best pork chop we have ever had. The lemon tart brûlée was not what we expected, nevertheless the dark espresso martinis were *chef kiss*. I would always recommend reservations ahead of time, and parking can be hard to find, but the food, drinks, and service are the best around!

First time here, definitely won't be the last! Service was outstanding (Molley is awesome!) Food was absolutely delicious. The four of us all got different things and everything was excellent...apps, entrees, desserts, drinks...all tremendous!

We love the pizzas at Bella Napoli!! We did not realize the size of the pizza we ordered.. 2 of them actually... And the party size was soooooo big we could not carry them on our lap to get them home!!! LOL they were great!!!
