“I have a gluten allergy, so I couldn't take advantage of the free donut. Coffee seemed watered-down, so there wasn't much of a coffee flavor or cream flavor. It is a convenient place to go.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking that you can easily get out of the car and into a wheelchair. The doors automatically slide open, so you don't have to worry about having to find the handicap button.“
“I've lived in the area for almost 20 years and never once stopped here. My husband & I are in the area visiting & decided we'd get some Doughnuts & try it, and we were not disappointed!! If you are ever in the West Springfield area & want some homemade fresh Doughnuts, Donut Dip is your place.Parking: Parking may be limited as it is in a small location for one & depending on what time of day you go, it can be very busy.“
“Only been a few times over a few years. Food is always super fresh and very tasty. Service wasnt great the last time, but the food was still good. Everything looks good on their diverse menu too. Staff in general are friendly and the place is very clean.Parking: Lots of spots but can get tight if crowded.Kid-friendliness: Completely kid friendly.“
“What a lovely place. Very friendly staff. The coffee was very nice, not extra hot like I asked, but still very good coffee. The atmosphere is nice and they're clearly always busy! The cheddar biscuit was tasty too, but should have been warmed up a little longer to not be cold in the middle.“
“We've been to Memo's several times and they never disappoint! I had the tuna club (they use solid white). It was really good! Nice fresh lettuce and tomato, bacon, nice and crispy. Plenty of delicious tuna! I got a side order of fries, which were good too. Hubby got the lunch special, spaghetti and meatballs that came with a salad. He said it was very good. Passed on dessert as I was only able to eat half my sandwich. Their limoncello cake is to die for!!It can be noisy when they are busy but we got there about 11:15 so it pretty quiet. Will go back again!Parking: Parking can be an issue when you go in at peak times. There is on street parking but not sure if there's meters or not.“
“I recently visited the Artist Cafe, a small and vibrant (Black owned) establishment in downtown Springfield. The cafe impressed me with its extensive menu options and I opted for the sausage egg and cheese croissant, which was incredibly delicious. The service was prompt and the added bonus of available WiFi made it an even more enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Artist Cafe for a delightful meal.“
“Food is great. I ordered for take out and I think the cafe space inside and out is adorable and cozy. Was surprised by the large portions of the foods. Will definitely be back for more!Vegetarian options: They have things like avocado toast and bakery items that may suit vegetarian needs. Yummy foods“
“Celebrated my mom’s birthday yesterday. She wanted a cannoli cake. We were celebrating her birthday in Agawam and was told about Goivanni’s. We live in central CT and were driving up. I ordered the cake on Friday with the assist of Anna. We were running late so I asked a local family member to pick it up for us. The cake was outstanding and next time we are in town we will stop by and explore other yummy goodies that they have to offer.“
“This place is noisy as hell- no sound attenuation and thus with a big crowd it is impossible not to leave without a headache. I stopped there hoping to find a quiet place to read and work and that was almost impossible.Other than that coffee and food were delicious!!!“
“We had the salsa and chips for the complimentary appetizer and my wife had the fried red snapper whole fish and I had the cod. Tacos with the salsa rice and salad they were both delicious and we both had the house margaritas with our meals which were humongous. Our host gave us a complimentary dessert which was choirs with chocolate sauce. We will defiantly be back to try their other choices. Thank you Miguel for an excellent meal.“
“This place was amazing. I loved the atmosphere, the decor and the service was wonderful. I absolutely adore that they have a smoothie for your dog as well. The options are so vast, there is definitely something here for everyone. I love the different milk options and fresh additions you can add to your smoothie. Local products used. Absolutely amazing! Peace, Love, Smoothies!“
“Two words… All caps.. THE CAKE! Listen, you gotta get a cake from this place. First, I would like to say I’m not from western Mass, I’m from Rhode Island. My partner and I stayed close by for their birthday and I took a shot in the dark in ordering a cake for them here. I called this place, asked for a specific cake for a person who doesn’t like fruit and got a buttercream caramel, chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse. (I wanted to really avoid the typical.) When I tell you, that my partner and I stuffed our faces with that glorious cake… I mean it. I mean, It was chocolatey, but not fake chocolatey, it was sweet but not too sweet and it was MOIST. We have a famous bakery in Rhode Island called “Wright’s Dairy Farm,” I’ve been getting their cakes for YEARS. They don’t stand a chance to this absolute delight! I wish I was able to try more from them. Just wonderful!“
“Right on route 57 in Agawam, just west of the Jiffy Lube on the north side of the road.I highly recommend you go and get a coffee, or a latte they have hundreds of options! Such a cool placeParking: Small parking lot, but plenty of space for this businessKid-friendliness: It’s a walk up coffee shop, so if your kid likes coffee, you’re all set. There are other drinks there and non-caffeinated as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a walk up window so you would be able to roll up easily. The staff also comes outside and would be more than willing to do so to meet you.“
“Mrs. Murphy's has long held a reputation as one of the top doughnut destinations in the area, and as a resident of Connecticut, I've made the trek to their location numerous times, always eager to indulge in their delightful treats. The introduction of a drive-thru setup during the Covid era was a game-changer, offering convenience and safety in equal measure. This shift also brought with it the convenience of accepting credit cards, a welcome change from the previous cash-only policy. In the past, when they operated solely as a storefront, the sight of an ATM in the entryway served as a reminder of the inconvenience for non-cash carriers like myself. However, the real star of the show remains the doughnuts themselves. Each visit presents an array of options ensuring that there's something to satisfy every craving. Mrs. Murphy's consistently delivers on taste and quality, making it a must-visit for doughnut enthusiasts in the area.“
“Took my son here for his birthday breakfast and they were outstanding!! Very friendly waitresses and prompt service. The food was delicious. The only thing I would change is the cook time on the hash. I wish it was a little bit crispy.Thank you for starting my sons special day so wonderful!“
“Easy stop for gas along route 20 in East Granby. Clean station and easy to pump however it is irritating that whenever I stopped here it seems that the machine does not print the receipt. Workers in the store are pleasant I just hate having to chase down a receipt.“
“For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon I really need a delicious cup of coffee. THANK YOU to the staff at 596 Ella Grosso Rd.“
“Cozy establishment right on Route 10 & 202 in Southwick. Eat inside our al fresco seasonally. Curl up with a selection of books for sale on a deep plush chair. All while enjoying one of their steaming hot delicious beverages and delicious menu options to choose from. You really can't go wrong. Fair prices for good foodParking: Off street parking in in a church parking lotHandicap accessible“
“I worked for coffee pause back in the 90's it was a great experience David fuller was like the general manager of everything nice guy great company i moved on and became a owner operator driver of big Rig but i always missed the sales part of business maybe one day ill own a coffee shop call is Pause for coffee!!!!“
“First off let me start off by saying "Mocha Emporium" is the standard on how business should be conducted. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally by the employees as soon as I entered this renowned establishment. I was offered a hot cup of coffee to which I accepted with no hesitation and the utmost excitement. (I was tired from babysitting my great uncles hamster and a hot cup of joe was just what I was in need of.) the coffee came out swiftly and elegantly just the way I like it. It had just the right amount of peppermint creamer as well as just the perfect amount of Splenda. (I'm a diabetic so real cane sugar is not something I can consume... UNFORTUNATELY. Oh my how I wish I could! Well anyways the coffee was just amazing! I started chit chatting with owner name Sultan. Funny thing is that is my goldfishes name.. SMALL WORLD!! We started talking about solar panels and all the benefits of them. I was immediately interested due to the fact I'm a Biden supporter. VOTE BLUE! Anyways I ended up buying so many solar panels from Mr. Sultan at an excellent price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I'm telling my auntie Shirley about this place right away!“
“Baker and the Brew is unique woman- owned small business. The young women working in the front are always pleasant- we've not had one unpleasant encounter. The kitchen hours are different from store hours, so your window of time to get food is smaller. Sometimes they're out of something you like, but will always substitute with ingredients of your choice. I love the veggie wrap, the 'Melissa' breakfast sandwich, and the flavored hot lattes. My daughter and I have enjoyed this shop since they first opened.“
“Standard food and coffee so you know what to expect- long lines in morning due to popularity so it’s quicker in a time crunch to go inside- everyone is pleasantParking: We’ll lit and plenty of spaces as drive thru most popular!Kid-friendliness: It’s a fast food place- need I say more?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I forgot to grab half of my order this morning and was about to turn out of the parking lot onto the main road, and a Dunkin employee ran out to my truck to bring the rest of my order to me. I can’t thank you guys enough for your great service! Thank you!!“
“I stopped by Everlasting Nutrition because it looked so inviting from the outside. I was in awe with how much more beautiful it is inside. The space is spacious and bright, with adorable swing basket seats, as well a few other comfy seats. Each table has a little plant on it. There is also a beautiful wall of inspirational words. They have a large menu of all kinds of teas and shakes, be it fruity, nutty or chocolatey, they can make it. The lady workin here, I really wish I got her name, was super patient and kind, something tells me she might be the owner. She explained how the protein shakes are high in protein and fiber, while tasting delicious.I typically don't do shakes, because they're filled with sugar and other mystery ingredients. However, on the day I was here, I hadn't had dinner yet, and I was intrigued by the flavors they offered. I decided to get the Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread, now that's a mouthful of a name.My shake looked so good, and it tasted even better. It was mostly chocolate, but it wasn't heavy, it was kind of airy tasting, there were tiny chocolate chips that traveled through the straw smoothly for an extra touch of sweetness. I couldn't really taste the peanut butter, but I could see it. This was a very tasty and totally filling protein shake. I just wish they offered a few size options, as it was just a bit too much for me.At Everlasting Nutrition you can also find locally made products, such as honey and soap for purchase.I really enjoyed my protein shake, I can't wait to try more of their menu.“
“The venue is located at 247 Hazard Avenue in Enfield, Ct. It's the strip mall next to the Big Y Gas Station and has ample parking for easy in and out. The place is clean, neat and bright and the counter help is skilled and knowledgeable. The menu contains a bunch of teas, smoothies and bowls which all hangs on a blackboard above the counter and you can watch the workers as they assemble your order. Of really significant note is the fact that they also have a kids menu!?!? How cool is that??? I was in a quandary between the Toffee Coffee and Mint Chip and was informed both are excellent. I locked onto the description f the Coffee Toffee as it noted as creamy and combined with 24 grams of protein. I am not easily impressed however this little concoction of loveliness was just the recharge I required = it was "Mmmm Good!" I will be back and highly recommend this place as it will not disappoint“
“I come to this Dunkin all the time to use the wifi for school work, Today I came in they greeted me not even - 1 second as I walked in the door. My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“
“A great local coffee shop. The staff is always friendly. They feature Cape Cod Coffee. I visit a few times a week and look forward to the variety of baked goods. My suggestion is the 413 blend ice coffee and a bacon/egg/cheese on a everything bagel. Go see Christina and support a local small business.“
“I was having a terrible morning today, so I decided to get Starbucks here and let me tell you a completely flipped today around. I have never had such a delicious iced nonfat matcha with brown sugar syrup from any other Starbucks. Also, I can’t remember her name but the girl that was working the drive-through window was exceptionally kind and the guy on the drive-through speaker was as well.“
“Just left there and was totally impressed with the customer service I received from Michael in drive-up! It was so good that my teenage daughters were complimenting him on how great he was! I had to tip him because he deserved that AND MORE! Give Michael a bonus! It’s customer service like that ... that keep us coming back! It’s not every day that you receive friendly, fast, and accurate service in drive-up anywhere!! Fantastic job, Michael!“
“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite. The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“
“Recommend the vegetarian eggs & cheddar protein box. We arrive during a high volume period and had to wait for our preordered food. Staff worked diligently and were friendly. Bench seating looked uncomfortable as bystanders waited for their orders.Handicap parking on either side of the entrance. The vibe was loud and straight forward. My opinion is this location could use an expansion to better the cafe design.Vegetarian options: Always go with the protein box.Kid-friendliness: I saw a small high chair available.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking on either side of entrance.“
“When I'm looking for a quick bite and a coffee, this is my place! The staff is great and they always get my order right. There are a lot of chains on Hazard Ave and I've been to them all. But this Starbucks gets my money because they just rock!“
“I go to this Dunkin' specifically because of the wonderful staff! I usually stop after class and grab something to eat and drink. They always make every order perfect and are super kind and nice. I'll always keep coming back to this Dunkin! :“
“Tonya the best, She doesn't make mistakes, cares for the people, remembers our coffees! Tonya took this place over and the customer service has been on point ever since! She Deserves any kind of raise she can get! Completely a different atmosphere with her as manager! No other Manager that has run this DD has worked it like she does! Keep her!!!“
“GOOD SERVICE , EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND MADE MY COFFEE JUST RIGHT, THANK GOD, LOL CAUSE I AM REAL PICKY ABOUT MY COFFEE, ESPICALLY FIRST ONE OF THE DAYParking: PLENTY OF PARKINGWheelchair accessibility: THERE IS A FEW WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBILITIES.“
“So terribly understaffed on such a busy weekend but the young employee Shirley was just crushing it this evening.. Come on Starbucks, not like you can't afford to give employees like these a little more help on such a hectic weekend.. Thank you Shirley for being so pleasant and helpful despite it all?“
“Mu daughter and I drove from Enfield to try this place out based on some recommendations of friends. We were not disappointed. Sarah and Lindsey were just the nicest girls that went out of their way to help us today. The strawberry peanut butter banana protein shake was delicious! Customer service...excellent. Nothing like a friendly small town business that serves a terrific product. Highly recommend.“
“These are my peeps! This special Starbucks feels like an extension of my living room. So cozy with the fireplaces and charm. The Americanos are super delicious, but best of all are the staff. They are creative creatures who will help you explore all of the delicious ways to ingest caffeine in all the many ways that are offered. So kind, caring and funny. They'll make your day.“
“Perfect place for a kid’s party! We held two birthday parties there today, back to back. The kids all entertained themselves easily with all of the video games and making their own sundaes. Everyone had a great time and the ice cream was great! Amazing service, the staff is so nice to work with.“
