Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking that you can easily get out of the car and into a wheelchair. The doors automatically slide open, so you don't have to worry about having to find the handicap button.“

“We had the best experience. My hubby and I had a lunch date and our waiter was awesome. We tried a bunch of stuff and have left overs for lunch tomorrow. Huge menu. The raspberry green tea iced on tap is amazing!

“My neighbor stops at Donut Dip each time he is driving to his family in Red Hook, NY. After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible. “Every Saturday I come here after my dentist visit, and let me tell you that this place is amazing ?!
My 3-year-old loves it every time I go through that door! I come here mostly for the hot caramel cappuccino, with whipped cream, cinnamon, and some sugar!
The guys that work here are so humble and sweet and know exactly how I want my cappuccino already ?

“Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.“

“What a cute cozy spot! I instantly loved the vibe the place gave off and the owner [I think] was so incredible nice and helped go over the menu since it was my first time. “I didn't get the coffee, so I can't give it a review. But I did get a strawberry-blueberry smoothie (even though I ordered a strawberry-mango-blueberry smoothie), and it was very good. Much recommended for a hot summer day.
The atmosphere is also very nice. It's quaint, there are nice decorations, and it's pretty quiet too.

She reminds me of how Starbucks used to be once upon a time pre drive through. I spend anywhere from $150.00 to $200.00 a week and have been doing suck for many years. “I visited this location this morning after my shopping trip at BJ’s the gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly. He took my order and then never told me it was ready another customer told me mine was there and when I got home it was missing two donuts not a pleasant experience today it was at about 10 o’clock so I don’t know who was working but he is not a nice individual and I don’t believe He is in a job that suits his personality oh and by the way the customer that told me mine was ready was an employee of BJ’s and he was very talkative and kind to her just thought I would share my unpleasant experience“

“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! “Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

When I needed to order a coffee traveler and the nearby Starbucks was unable to prepare it due to water problems, I called this Starbucks inside Target while in a hurry. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my order even if they are really busy and the coffee traveler package is all the way back in the store, and I received my coffee traveler in just 20 minutes. I'm genuinely grateful for the friendly and helpful service here, and the coffee is simply outstanding!“

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“This is a great new location, right by the Connecticut river. The times we have been it hasn't been busy and we don't have to wait long for our orders. We like having the option to sit outside, and you can even cross over the bike trail and sit by the river and enjoy the view.“
