What a wonderful surprise! So pleased with the worker at Dunkin on Elm St in Windsor Locks today. They took the time to pack my frosted donuts carefully with napkins separating them. My frosting was perfect! Thanks!!!!
For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. Hopefully the remodeling will...read full review
