“One time I brought my coffee there after another Dunkin location gave me dirt water. The general manager threw my coffee into the air and began a chant in what I'm assuming was latin. By the end of the chant, my coffee was radiant - spinning in circles and shaking voraciously. When the coffee descended, it was hot to the touch, but still iced on the inside. The general manager was also glowing with the satisfaction that she assisted a customer in need, and wrath for the injustice that was me being served dirt water by another Dunkin. When I tasted the coffee, it tasted like the sweet noise of a flowing river on a quiet day and the warm embrace of a relationship lost to time. This was a bit of a problem because I ordered hazelnut. When I gave it back to her, she happily walked to the back and put the hazelnut in, and that muted out the other flavors I tasted. She did an excellent job recovering the experience! I will be visiting this Dunkin again.“

Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! “I normally have good service here but I ordered 2 coolatas one strawberry and one vanilla bean. They gave me strawberry and blue raspberry. They apologized for the error and I said forget it I'll just keep it. I was in a hurry. I dont like the taste of blue raspberry. I still won't judge them for their error. People make mistakes.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely. Handicap parking and able to get a wheelchair inside. No automatic doors though, the ones you press a button and the door is swung open for you“

“Hands down the best dunks around, I work down the street and come almost everyday and have never been let down, even when the drive-threw line is big they always somehow manage to be fast and efficient. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Food is always amazing, drinks are always prepared correctly. The manger seems like he keeps a team environment, keep doing what you guys are doing!“

Then I didn't know they were mine because one was in the mobile pick up spot. Not sure what the issue is, but I wish the manager would address it.“

The coffee was cold, they got my order wrong, and at least two of the workers were not wearing their mask properly. They did not cover their noses, which renders their mask useless. There is a reason one of the covid tests involves a nasal swab. The virus lives there.“
