“Drive thru was busy so we went inside. Most employees were servicing the window so we were told to order at the pickup counter. Had a little wait to order and then a little wait to pay. Drinks were good. But if we saw a line like that again, we would probably try to come back later.“
“Obviously this and most every Dunkin I've been to has been awesome. What some people maybe don't know is that in the Northeast there are Dunkin's on every street corner; however growing up in the South... Virginia specifically, Krispy Kreme is King. I will say that Duncan has some incredible variety, always tasty and fresh (not stale) somehow... The only way that Krispy Kreme is a contender/superior is when you are able to eat a freshly glazed freshly-baked Krispy Kreme plain donut... Dunkin ain't got nothing on that one thing! Nothing beats Dunkin donuts coffee though :-).“
“For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. “Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“I went to this D&D today. There were 3 ladies and a gentleman. These 4 people i swear to you are the nicest people in the world,so if you wake up in a bad mood or are having a rough morning do yourself a favor and go here to get your coffee and guaranteed they will turn your frown upside down. Some may say im making a big deal or thats their job but not all people who deal with the public on a daily basis care about other people the way this place does does. They really are that great. “This is an updated dunkin' donuts with new decor. Easy access from a main road and is one of the more consistent dunkins in town. Staff is consistent and works quickly to get orders out. The morning can be very busy and I have witnessed people become overwhelmed with the number of orders but I have had consistent food and my order was always correct.“
