What some people maybe don't know is that in the Northeast there are Dunkin's on every street corner; however growing up in the South... Virginia specifically, Krispy Kreme is King. I will say that Duncan has some incredible variety, always tasty and fresh (not stale) somehow... The only way that Krispy Kreme is a contender/superior is when you are able to eat a freshly glazed freshly-baked Krispy Kreme plain donut... Dunkin ain't got nothing on that one thing! Nothing beats Dunkin donuts coffee though :-).“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! I wish they could take tips!! Keep up the great job!“

“There’s something nostalgic about tasting Dunkin’ Donuts. The soft dough that melts in my mouth brings up the memories and the melody of my grandfathers voice. Every time he came over he would bring a box of donuts, sitting at the table with his coffee we enjoyed each other's company. Even though he’s gone I still go to dunkin, my other relatives gift me gift cards in remembrance of him. Keeping the dunkin tradition alive. However, every time I would go to my local Dunkin ( not this dunkin). I could never find the memories or hear the melodies of his voice when I bite in the donuts. The donuts at other Dunkin’s were always dry and sloppy. So I just accepted I would never taste the nostalgic taste of Dunkin’ Donuts again. The other Dunkin’s were just Dunkin’s. However this one was Dunkin Donuts, because when I bit into that donut. The memories flooded back to me the softness of the dough that melted, made my brain melt emotionally. I finally found the nostalgic senses around me, for a moment I was brought back in time. Thinking the box of donuts was brought for me by my grandpa. This may all sound like I’m crazy but I’m not, when you miss a loved one who is no longer around you look for them, whether it’s songs, birds and in my case Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin brought back what Dunkin meant to me. The donuts were not the only thing that tasted of perfection, I also got a mocha frozen triple mocha coffee. Awhile ago in my junior year this drink spiked my love for dunkin coffee. The first sip of my mocha triple frozen coffee today, brought me back to the first time I ordered it. I could taste the sweetness of the mocha, complimented by the slushy coffee. I’ve ordered this drink from other Dunkin’s and they have never made my taste buds dance with joy like this Dunkin did. Other Dunkin’s always forgot the mocha swirl. However this dunkin made beautiful drizzles with the mocha, adding the right amount to create a delicious creamy chocolate mousse flavor. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone to Suffield, Southwick and enfield Dunkin’s but this Dunkin outdid them all. I didn’t personally pick up my order, my dad did after going to the gym and he told me that the staff was friendly. Which is shocking because I rarely experience friendly staff at Dunkin. Anyways here’s a picture of my mocha I drank some before because I couldn’t help myself!“

“I usually just get a coffee in the morning, sometimes the donuts, but i have no issues with anything i recieve, i get everything quickly, the staff is friendly and the manager is very nice when dealing with a mistake. I recommend this dunkin over the ones in westfield.“

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“My favorite dunks. Amazing customer service and always get my order right. Except the rude one that works morning shifts before 7am. I avoid her and go to the other dunks if it's morning and I can. In the afternoon this one is my favorite.“

“Wow. Just wow. I was here around 1:15pm on 02/05/2024 and this very nice older Spanish lady was working. Let me tell you! She can make a good cup of ice coffee!! I haven't had Ice coffee this dam good from dunkin in a long time!! We need one of her at every dunkin!!“
