“I'm a true New Englander and love my Dunkin. With that being said, there has consistently been one Dunkin near me that ALWAYS shines above the rest. Located at 17 North Rd in East Windsor, CT is by far the best Dunkin I have ever gone to. They are always friendly, efficient, and it amazes me how quickly they get through the lines. I go there so often (at least once a week) and they are consistently on point and my drinks or food is perfect. Even when I recommend Dunkin to someone, I always mention this location because of how great they are. I will definitely continue to go back and tell everyone about it! :)“

“There’s something nostalgic about tasting Dunkin’ Donuts. The soft dough that melts in my mouth brings up the memories and the melody of my grandfathers voice. Every time he came over he would bring a box of donuts, sitting at the table with his coffee we enjoyed each other's company. Even though he’s gone I still go to dunkin, my other relatives gift me gift cards in remembrance of him. Keeping the dunkin tradition alive. However, every time I would go to my local Dunkin ( not this dunkin). I could never find the memories or hear the melodies of his voice when I bite in the donuts. The donuts at other Dunkin’s were always dry and sloppy. So I just accepted I would never taste the nostalgic taste of Dunkin’ Donuts again. The other Dunkin’s were just Dunkin’s. However this one was Dunkin Donuts, because when I bit into that donut. The memories flooded back to me the softness of the dough that melted, made my brain melt emotionally. I finally found the nostalgic senses around me, for a moment I was brought back in time. Thinking the box of donuts was brought for me by my grandpa. This may all sound like I’m crazy but I’m not, when you miss a loved one who is no longer around you look for them, whether it’s songs, birds and in my case Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin brought back what Dunkin meant to me. The donuts were not the only thing that tasted of perfection, I also got a mocha frozen triple mocha coffee. Awhile ago in my junior year this drink spiked my love for dunkin coffee. The first sip of my mocha triple frozen coffee today, brought me back to the first time I ordered it. I could taste the sweetness of the mocha, complimented by the slushy coffee. I’ve ordered this drink from other Dunkin’s and they have never made my taste buds dance with joy like this Dunkin did. Other Dunkin’s always forgot the mocha swirl. However this dunkin made beautiful drizzles with the mocha, adding the right amount to create a delicious creamy chocolate mousse flavor. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone to Suffield, Southwick and enfield Dunkin’s but this Dunkin outdid them all. I didn’t personally pick up my order, my dad did after going to the gym and he told me that the staff was friendly. Which is shocking because I rarely experience friendly staff at Dunkin. Anyways here’s a picture of my mocha I drank some before because I couldn’t help myself!“

“Stopped by the Dunkin’ on 131 Brainerd Road in Hartford. The food and coffee are your typical Dunkin’ — consistent, quick, and exactly what you expect. Coffee was made right and the food hit the spot for a fast stop.

That said, the location can feel a little sketchy at times, especially depending on when you go. It’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, it’s fine if you’re just running in and out for your coffee fix“

“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“Amazing quick stop and a time warp to the old school Whole Donut !!! Great breakfast sandwiches, bagels and especially the old heavy as a brick Whole Donuts still live on at King Donut Shop. I'm still not sure how dunkin won the donut wars with their crap but it's great to see you can still get the good stuff here lol. The owner is consistently friendly and service is quick. “A different DD messed up our orders, making iced teas with cream instead of coffee. We noticed on our ride and in passing, stopped at DD in Glastonbury. Staff there remade our coffees even though they are a different franchise. Very kind and great experience! Thanks :)“

“Stopped in this morning and ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to chain stores and for what you get. “This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good.“

“Of all of the Dunkin’s in the area and in the state, this is the fastest and most efficient Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. From ordering to the window, my order is ready and in my hands. It’s also always correct. If I ask for no cheese, there’s no cheese. If I say cream no sugar, there’s no sugar. I’ve never waited longer than 2 minutes for my order to be taken, to be cashed out.“

“I have been coming to this DD for over a year, and although I do not review chains often, here I must make an exception. There is one person that works the drive through and does so with love! “Went here the other day for a donut and refresher for myself and a muffin and refresher for my travel buddy and we had a good experience while here. The donuts and muffin was great and my refresher was really good too but for my travel buddy’s refresher they had just poured the green tea on top without mixing it so the top was just straight green tea. But other than that would definitely go back again in the future.“

“Although people bash this location its the best one Ive been too. Team is great always smiling and greeting with gratitude and love, especially the manager such a respectful and brilliant young man! They work to accommodate every customer and get treated like crap by impatient and rude people. This is from you're regular customer 2 large hot 8 cream 8 sugars and vanilla shots. You guys continue to love and care there's not many people like this anymore ANYWHERE!“

“This DD was disorganized - again. Orders were confused. Some people got the wrong orders. My 2 hot coffees came out separately between 2 other orders. Then I didn't know they were mine because one was in the mobile pick up spot. Not sure what the issue is, but I wish the manager would address it.“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.
