Most of the time a good experience. Today this location burned my bagel . i asked 4 a replacement and they gave me half. The manager gave me dirty looks. They charged me $2 for cream cheese.

I didn't even know this place was in my town because it is tucked just slightly off the main road. There was plenty of easy parking.
This is probably the best Dunkin Doughnuts I've ever been in. It is large, clean and well stocked with freshly made coffee, doughnuts, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin' is a popular spot in town, known for its friendly staff and great food and drinks. The staff is a mixed bag—some are stellar, with friendly employees who sling coffee and food with the speed of a ninja. The night workers are phenomenal and caring. However, there can be inconsistencies in service, with long wait times and the drive-thru tends to be busy and backed up. Come afternoon or evening, you might encounter the grumpy crew. Every now and then, panhandlers outside add a touch of unsolicited street theater to the experience.
