This Dunkies is way off the charts with inconsistencies. Some times the staff is rude, other times they are super friendly. I've been charged for stuff just to have the order screwed up and other times its absolutely perfect. Another thing with this place is they ALWAYS seem to be "out" of stuff. And then they have a serious problem with people just hanging out. This is usually my go-to location but I stopped in this morning and went inside and ordered rather than using the app. One drink I asked for stevia rather than sugar, no big deal I thought. Got my drinks and food and then noticed that they used and marked Splenda on the drink tag. When I mentioned this, I was told that they don't carry stevia and hadn't for some time. I don't know what happened this morning, but we waited in the drive thru line for much longer than seemed necessary. There were only 4 cars in line when we got there, but by the time we got our order, we had been waiting for over 20 minutes.
