I received a call from another manager apologizing for the previous manager’s refusal to honor the survey promo. I spoke with Hina, who was great, and she assured that nothing like this would happen again with this in particular manager. I appreciate the restaurant’s thoroughness and thoughtfulness to address the situation.

1/4 pounder was very dry, must have been cooked for awhile. No ice in the soda fountain.
