Came inside yesterday to order & the store looked amazing! very clean & the attitudes of the young people working were very kind. Definitely my new go to location for dunkin donuts I will be coming back.
There was no queue but they kept me waiting for over 15 min to take orders!!!! They are chilling inside they are not busy
I frequently come to this dunkin & I’ve never had any problems ! It’s sad to see how the customers treat the employees here when you can clearly tell how hard they work. Busy area for a dunkin location but they always get the job done !

One customer was particularly impressed by Emma's exceptional service. However, there were complaints about long waiting times due to understaffing at night.
