“This morning my mother and I went through the drive through at this Bloomfield, CT Dunkin Donuts on Park Avenue. We live in Simsbury where both Dunkin Donuts franchises we used to frequent have become poorly managed with several workers that lack the basic competence to work at these establishments. No safety precautions, poor service and failure to take correct order at the Simsbury locations.Sharilee, Mya, Rashael and Mickesha deserve this great review for this Bloomfield location because of work ethic and taking proper Covid precautions by wearing masks. Both my mother and I are part of the more vulnerable population due to age and an underlying condition.The coffee is well made and the donuts fresh. Ownership and management you should be applauded. Please take note of these workers mentioned and their contributions to a safe and hospitable environment. They deserve recognition. “Just stopped by this Dunkin for the first time, close to them closing, and the service that we received was AMAZING. Lately the customer service has been awful (from other locations) and two AMAZING women helped us through the drive-thru. Its experiences like these that make someone’s day. “Location is convenient, but from my experience, it is not on par with other Dunkin’s in Hartford area. Multiple times missed items, wrong items … Almost everything I get here comes out fresh, and the employees are generally friendly … still, not as good service as the Dunkin on 760 Park or Blue Hills… I also think it’s funny that they built a drive-thru only restaurant across from where they’re also building a low income apartment complex (where many tenants will not have cars), but that doesn’t really have to do with Dunkin.“
“This place is an amazing place, great atmosphere with great staff that’s knowledgeable of the their menu. The teas are made in house and are phenomenal. A must try is the Jasmine green tea. Now onto the sweets, just wow mochi donuts and their ube ice cream is just amazing.“
“I found this hiddened gem decided to try it today ,02/10/2024. I order a dozen of their most loved donuts plus their fancy ones.a large coffee . I was pleased with the warm welcome, the warmth vibe, i didn't feel rushed like i have others i been to lately. This was my 1st visit, a added plus . Will be back again when in the area.“

“I was here 2 years ago due to the reviews I saw online, having come back to CT for my sister's wedding. The donuts are beautifully crafted and taste delicious. The people were friendly and even complimented my jacket! Don't know when I'll be back in CT, but will stop by when I do.“
“For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. “Highly recommend! I wish I could go back tomorrow! They are a great healthier version to an amazing classic. I can't wait to go back and try the smoothies on my way to work... they all sounded amazing! I will say I didn't know there was a difference between the protein and regular - I thought they were all protein so I just picked by looks. It wasn't until I was looking at a picture of the price board and looked at the website I realized I didn't get the protein ones! I'm counting my calories really focusing on protein (guesstimating for things like this) and stopped in for a protein snack so now I'm kicking myself I didn't ask specifically for those ones.... Oh well, next time! They were tasty anyway“
“Well its D&D. First you need to like their coffee, and what a selection they now have. And then of course, besides their donuts, there are other options on the menu for breakfast, lunch or snacking. The staffers appear hard-working which is always appreciated. They are generally quick when there are cars waiting. This is the single best reason to recommend the site, their ability to get people in and out very quickly, doing it with maximum efficiency and the least amount of error.“
