Wen't back in to return a chorizo wrap that the cashier said was big. Paid $5 for this little thing, and just wanted a regular breakfast sandwich to replace it. I told her it was smaller than she told me, and she got very unprofessional, irate, and started yelling at me after I said, "thats not how you treat a customer". The slowest Dunkin’ in the valley. 15 minutes stuck in the drive through line, no answer at the speaker. I gave up again. Hire some staff. If no one wants to work there, raise your pay or close.
