“Im in love with dunkin but the employee vicmary soto is the best she should be a manager. Good employee, respectful, friendly and respectful. God bless herParking: Good space but they need to upgrade the entrance too small to go to the paiking lot if you got a big truck“
“It is Sunday morning, 930, St Patrick's weekend drive thru madness and the crew this morning was CRUSHING IT. I personally went in the lobby as the drive thru line did reach relatively close to the light/intersection and I was pulling in from the other side and looked like I was in for a commitment. Presuming a little bit of a stressed situation among the work stations as I walked in and not at all! I was listening and observing all that was going on, still expecting to make myself comfortable as the line continued out around the corner on route 20. The cashier who volunteered to hop off his station and to come and place my order was friendly and sociable and I was in and out in five minutes with all my food and drinks! I believe in this day and age there's more than something to be said about an excellent strong crew but above all in the fast food service and I hope my comments here encourages everyone to treat this, and all, teams with kind words and even kinder direct tip payment! They deserve recognition and I hope this continues on for these employees and the communities they're working hard to provide the essence of life to...coffee!“
“Manager Victoria at the W. Springfield, MA location is excellent! She helped me to prepare having 7 dozen donuts & Munchkins READY at 6:15 AM on 4/21 to take to the VA in Leeds. She is very positive, very happy and very customer-service oriented.I applaud her on a job well done!“
“I ordered, then I went to pay with my DD Card.. my card had less on it than it had. I had checked it just before I pulled up and again when I was told there wasn't enough on it. Both times of calling the card it said a higher amount on it than what the register recognized. The poor cashier was new and didn't know what to do. As I didn't have cash or debit card on me. I told her to just cancel one item, but she wasn't sure... After a few minutes went by another cashier came over and told me to pay the difference. I explained the situation and she eventually just took one item off. The food ended up being cold ?“
“Standard food and coffee so you know what to expect- long lines in morning due to popularity so it’s quicker in a time crunch to go inside- everyone is pleasantParking: We’ll lit and plenty of spaces as drive thru most popular!Kid-friendliness: It’s a fast food place- need I say more?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I come to this Dunkin all the time to use the wifi for school work, Today I came in they greeted me not even - 1 second as I walked in the door. My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“
“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite. The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“
“Tonya the best, She doesn't make mistakes, cares for the people, remembers our coffees! Tonya took this place over and the customer service has been on point ever since! She Deserves any kind of raise she can get! Completely a different atmosphere with her as manager! No other Manager that has run this DD has worked it like she does! Keep her!!!“
“I've lived in the area for almost 20 years and never once stopped here. My husband & I are in the area visiting & decided we'd get some Doughnuts & try it, and we were not disappointed!! If you are ever in the West Springfield area & want some homemade fresh Doughnuts, Donut Dip is your place.Parking: Parking may be limited as it is in a small location for one & depending on what time of day you go, it can be very busy.“
