“It is Sunday morning, 930, St Patrick's weekend drive thru madness and the crew this morning was CRUSHING IT. I personally went in the lobby as the drive thru line did reach relatively close to the light/intersection and I was pulling in from the other side and looked like I was in for a commitment. Presuming a little bit of a stressed situation among the work stations as I walked in and not at all! I was listening and observing all that was going on, still expecting to make myself comfortable as the line continued out around the corner on route 20. The cashier who volunteered to hop off his station and to come and place my order was friendly and sociable and I was in and out in five minutes with all my food and drinks! I believe in this day and age there's more than something to be said about an excellent strong crew but above all in the fast food service and I hope my comments here encourages everyone to treat this, and all, teams with kind words and even kinder direct tip payment! They deserve recognition and I hope this continues on for these employees and the communities they're working hard to provide the essence of life to...coffee!“

“It’s my first time at this Dunkin’ and it didn’t seem particularly busy, but the service was surprisingly slow. I even started wondering if I had placed my mobile order at the wrong location.

I’m still here waiting on a very simple order, while cars in the drive-thru keep coming and going. Definitely not the best experience. I hope next time will change my impression of this location.“

But the most amazing thing was I saw an employee stop what he was doing to bring an elderly dog back to his neighbor! It’s the little things for me. “One time I brought my coffee there after another Dunkin location gave me dirt water. The general manager threw my coffee into the air and began a chant in what I'm assuming was latin. By the end of the chant, my coffee was radiant - spinning in circles and shaking voraciously. When the coffee descended, it was hot to the touch, but still iced on the inside. The general manager was also glowing with the satisfaction that she assisted a customer in need, and wrath for the injustice that was me being served dirt water by another Dunkin. When I tasted the coffee, it tasted like the sweet noise of a flowing river on a quiet day and the warm embrace of a relationship lost to time. This was a bit of a problem because I ordered hazelnut. When I gave it back to her, she happily walked to the back and put the hazelnut in, and that muted out the other flavors I tasted. She did an excellent job recovering the experience! I will be visiting this Dunkin again.“

“Had the egg & cheese on everything bagel this am, was great! I don't know if their bagels are made fresh on site, but it sure tasted as such! Great breakfast sandwich, highly recommended!“

“I normally have good service here but I ordered 2 coolatas one strawberry and one vanilla bean. They gave me strawberry and blue raspberry. They apologized for the error and I said forget it I'll just keep it. I was in a hurry. I dont like the taste of blue raspberry. I still won't judge them for their error. People make mistakes.“
