Alessio's Pizza & Pasta is a popular spot in the Westfield area. The staff is courteous, efficient, accurate, and fast. The pizza is great, especially the white sauce pizzas and the Golden BBQ chicken pizza, which has a perfect sauce to cheese ratio with good quality grilled/pulled chicken. Pizza slices are a great option for lunch, with a nice and doughy crust. The teriyaki chicken wings are big and delicious, and the salads are phenomenal. The garlic bread is the best thing on the menu, and the grilled chicken grinder is good. However, some meals are not so great, like the salty soup and watery Alfredo sauce on the pasta. The capicola grinder is disappointing, with skimped meat and missing red onions. Minor glitches include no email order confirmation and hard-to-open exit doors when carrying food. Despite this, the people working there are very friendly and hard working, and deliveries are always super nice and polite.
