“Ordered delivery, im in a hotel on business trip. They delivered right to the room. They were very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions, and explained the items I inquired about. The food was the perfect temperature upon delivered and tasted excellent. Fresh crisp salad, delicious spaghetti, and meatballs, just the right heat Buffalo tenders. If I was a local I'd be a regular.“

Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“
“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! We will return for another date night in the future! ❤️“
“Best pizza in Agawam! We really are loving the wings - they have an amazing golden BBQ sauce. Their portion are large and good for the price. Salads and pizza are especially large.They can be abrasive when you order on the phone, but are pretty polite in person.“
“Just found my new favorite spot to get my subs (grinders) and much more. I ordered a steak sub, and let me tell yall...it was one of the bests I've ever had. The owners are the perfect example of what a restaurant owners should be, very welcoming, and super friendly. Very cozy place, and they're open until 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Yall have to give them a try if yall haven't yet. Can't wait to try everything they have on their menu.“
