“My mother who lives nearby at Reeds landing enjoys still being able to go out for a meal now and then. Not only is your food always good, but I want to give a shout out to your staff for going above and beyond with helping my mother who uses a walker with getting through the front entrance doors safely. Thanks again!“

“Best pizza in Springfield, Massachusetts hands down. We like to sample pizza’s from local restaurants with good reviews. This one was extremely balanced with the cheese, crust, sauce, and seasonings. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I took this pizza to go because I wanted to share it with friends and family. If you are looking for a great “Italian” pizza, definitely swing by here and try it out. All of my friends and family that tried this today said this was delicious!“

“They have the best 1 pound meatballs ! Everything in their store looks delicious!“

“I went to this cafe today and the inside of the place was so clean 🧼 smelled like holiday spice. The customer service was great the owner miss Luisa was so fun and sweet. I got an apple danish and a cinnamon cappuccino ☕️. If you need a place that’s cozy to get some work done on a laptop 💻 or just a quick getaway to feel appreciated please go to cafe palazzo 😊“

“I came across this place by chance on a Facebook post, and the photo looked amazing. I was going to be traveling to Springfield for an appointment, and immediately decided this would be the perfect place to stop and try afterwards. Let me tell you, what a treasure! Rustic, quiet small interior, with the SWEETEST woman at the counter. We ordered the combination pizza, and its made so fresh, and looks like a masterpiece. Tastes like heaven. They have been in business for 64 years, and that is saying something. Well deserved! We had lunch and left with extra to munch later, and I honestly wanted to ask this wonderful lady for a hug. You just don't get service like this everywhere anymore. Totally worth the 90 minute drive!“

“I love this place so much. The owners/staff are really awesome, the prices are affordable, the pizza/grinders/salads/desserts we’ve had are all amazing, awesome toppings, and always delivered quickly. Pizza Royal is a great local pizza place in Springfield and I’d recommend it to anyone! I don’t get pizza from anywhere else.“

“We ordered a wedding cake and tiramisu from La Fiorentina, and we were very pleased with how everything turned out! Mauro was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. The decoration on the cake was beautiful, and the tiramisu tasted great!“

“The pizza is great here! Especially the chicken bacon ranch pizza. It’s my favorite!
However, The service I would say is not. There is multiple times I have called and they answer and say they are closed or they open later than what the time they have advertised online. It seems like they open and close whenever they feel like it. I called today to order food. They answered and said they were closed today. I asked why does online say they are open. He said. Something came up and we aren’t open til tomorrow. But as I said. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve called on a Monday. Closed. When online says open. I’ve called on other occasions. And they are like we open at 2. When online says 12.
I get situations happen. Here and there. But with a restaurant, They need to have some more consistency.“

“I ordered for the first time for pizza last week. Everything we ordered was perfect. Even the slices of pizza were amazingly even. I ordered my pizza without cheese due to a dairy sensitivity and that was also done just right. I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you“

“Sianos! Thank you so much for taking my special request and delivering 6 pizzas to my party in Hampden. Thanks to you my daughter and niece both had a wonderful 2 year birthday. Thank you thank you! Pizza was absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend.“

“I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews about Costa because our experience was completely different! Everything we ordered was really good, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I had read reviews mentioning slow service, but that wasn’t the case for us at all. Everything came out pretty quickly, and we had a great experience overall. Definitely glad we gave this place a try despite the reviews!“
