They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. “This bakery is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Gigantic pastries that are flaky and delicious. Everything we tried was AMAZING. They are very generously sized too. The cinnamon pastry (not sure what they called it) was legitimately the size of a small dinner plate—we snacked on it for two days. These people KNOW pastry. The apple turnover was the best I have ever had and my husband raved about the Boston Cream Donut. If you are in the area give them a try…you will be so happy that you did!!!“

“You can have it as spicy or not spicy but it’s very good, noted throughout the Springfield area and there’s actually a finding of beers that are from India (I didn’t forget that) but overall it’s worth it & unsure of their East Longmeadow branch but you have to go there for yourself.“

“What a pleasant surprise for us. Hotels traditionally for me have never been impressive.
The food both times we have been here had been wonderful.
Hubby loves the shrimp corn chowder. We both have had the turkey club, which we found to be fresh, and perfectly made.
Today, hubby got the fish and chips. (He is normally a little on the pucky side.)
He said it was the best fish and chips he'd ever gotten.
The fish was battered nicely and crisp. And, the fries were homemade and terrific.
Sandra, the server/bar tender, I don't know how she maintains the entire floor by herself, but she does. And, she is prompt and anticipates your needs.
I've been a server for many years over the course of my life and I don't believe that I could do as good of a job.
Did I mention the servings were very generous?
We've taken (about) half back home each time.“

“This place is delicious!! In the photos are a variety of items on this menu! Needless to say we had lunch and dinner for the next day!! Was done in 15-20 mins!! Nice and fresh!! My husband has been going there 20 years and has had a few changes in management but food has always been outstanding!! Closest thing I have had to New York Chinese!
-We got the sugar donuts it came with 10 pcs! -Egg roll was yummy
-white rice was a perfect texture!
-Chicken wings were Crispy!
-boneless spare rib tips were amazing!
-pork fried rice was perfect texture as well!
-weird but got some French fries! (Crazy I had left over ones and put in microwave next day and they were supper crispy still!)

“Tried this tea a few days ago and it was actually pretty nice. The flavor was smooth and not too strong, which I appreciated since some teas can get a little bitter. It had a light, calming taste that worked really well in the evening after work. I also liked the smell while it was brewing, kinda relaxing in a simple way. One small thing is I wish the flavor lasted a bit longer after each sip, but overall it was still good. I’ve had a lot of teas before and this one holds up pretty well, would probably buy it again.“

“An affordable family-run take out Chinese food.
I stopped by to pickup some Chinese food. Beef noodle for my kids and general Tsao’s combo for me.
Everything came out hot. The egg rolls took the longest. It was crunchy and I could tell it was home made.
The noodles was OK. It was a bit light on ingredients but at this price point, that’s fine.
General Tsao was interesting. Small pieces of chicken, individually thickly coated, and sauces generously. No broccoli but at this price, can’t ask for it. It had a nice crunch and flavor was good. It came in a smallish container but it was packed full of food.
They put in utensils I asked for along with sauces.
When I was there, bunch of kids were there and they were helping out. It’s nice to see family run shops. The woman taking order was super friendly and asked about my kids.
If you want an affordable and generously portioned meal, these guys are great.“

“I’ve gotten this burger a couple times. As of lately I’m into mushroom burgers and this bar does them well. (They do everything well). It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed and that should tell you something. If you’re looking for some quality bites and a good drink too, stop in! Here I ordered the, “swiss melt” with sweet potato fries. Highly recommend! If you’re here for late night bites the chicken tenders are a great choice. I love their mango habanero flavor and no- it’s not too spicy. I also pair these with sweet potato fries. I’ll add that the customer service is great too. Enjoy!“

“This was my second time dining at The Chandler and it was an equally enjoyable experience. The steak was excellent, as expected. The duck wings appetizer, however, was a miss unfortunately. I had them a few months ago and they were quite memorable - tender meat, crispy texture with just a hint of orange. That’s all I could think about as I anticipated my dinner. I don’t know what prompted the kitchen to change things up. The wings I had this experience were tough, overly sauced, and lacking the hint of orange that gave the previous version some personality. On a positive note, our server - Sonia - was exceptional and probably one of the best servers I’ve encountered. She was a class act, responsive to our requests and elegant in her demeanor. She clearly cared about our dining experience without being intrusive. What a wonderful ambassador for The Chandler.“

“I had dinner there last Sunday evening with my daughter, the service was great, the food had large portions but the taste was a little different from the last time I came here. Later on that night I started feeling really sick, nausea, stomach pain and running off to the bathroom like every hour wow! At first I didn’t think it was the food at first but upon learning that others I had seen there on that same day went through similar symptoms I knew it was some type of food poisoning, I’m still dehydrated from this ordeal and I won’t be eating here any time soon if ever!
