This is probably one of the best BBQ places in the area. You can't go wrong with a combination platter if it's your first time, it's my personal favorite. Their cornbread is perfectly glazed to deliciousness. I have nothing to say but good things about this place. On certain nights they have live music and patrons dancing around while enjoying their dinner. The environment is fun and inviting. I've seen many people come here either alone or for date nights and even some full review

Food is absolutely repulsive. It's considered "southern bbq" and there wasn't even a smoke ring on the meat; it's almost like there is Liquid Smoke poured onto the meat to give it a "smoke flavor". I put a fork in the brisket and it nearly disintegrated like saw dust because it was so old and re heated. No wonder why they keep the lights dim as possible so you can't see the slop you're eating. Staff is super friendly, but not worth returning for.

Loved this place! The food and atmosphere were right out of a Bourbon Street bar! We shared brisket, corn fritters and deep fried crawfish. All were so delicious and filling! We both had Hurricanes - they were served in the tall Hurricane glasses and so good. Our waiter mentioned that the bar uses Pat O'Brien's mix - so yummy! Live music came on around 9:30 which added to the experience. Do not miss this spot if you are in Springfield for lunch or dinner. So good!
