“Table of 9. 600$ bill Stated Sea food allergy at the beginning. Even sat ourselves to make it easier one side non sea food. Our server really was trying but seems to have been thrown into the mix with minimal training. Didn't explain hot pot or the concept to us at all to start. Then had us all order seperately even though they stated that plates were small single orders but when our food came it was all mixed together on big plates. Sea food with items ordered from the person with allergies. When we asked "is that sea food" we received the answer "I don't know." And then had to determine it was in fact fish. We weren't really told what most of the items were as they came to table, a lot of "I don't know what that is" answers. Food was decent but I couldn't tell you the specific names of most of the meats served because everything was so mixed up coming out. That being said the Kobe beef looked more like lean angus not marbled. Cooked items (fried dough) touching raw items (beef) on a plate. When asked about it was told it's fine. They didn't bring the hot pot base until most of the food was on the table people were missing noodles etc until halfway through. Couple of drink mix ups. Which fine, bumpy, we were working with the servers who didn't have answers for us, it's fine, they offer to take things back, reorder especially because of the sea food allergy. Then. A manager comes out and informs us that we have a lot of food and how we can be upcharged for uneaten food. And how our server was in the back crying (but no one from our table was angry or short with them I can understand being overwhelmed it was a large table but why were we getting a guilt trip) So first they mess up the orders on sea food allergies which they didn't seem concerned about then try to blame us for the reorders. I really didn't appreciate it for a birthday dinner. I left very upset.“
“Pleasant, pro at intake...25 min wait,contact by cell...got back to my car, she had already called to say "table ready".My love and I guided to our table, Waitperson patiently waited and returned as we weren't told menus on far end of table.Placed orders, requested salads first,separate from meals..done and delicious, fresh.Italian dressing best.Orders arrived, Margarita we shared very good.Entrees arrived perfect..salmon,with baked sweet potato, she said was excellent. I had ribs Full rack piled high...with Texas fries, well done as ordered.Only or 2 complaints...too many returns by wait person, to my liking, intrusive...then, we were done..suddenly he disappeared. We waited and waited to get our bill.Her treat..otherwise, I would have left little or no tip.“
“Amazing breakfast I enjoyed here in a quaint country setting. Menu was plentiful and there's no limited amount of options when it comes to your hunger here. Service was impeccable and the vibe here was just as amazing. Definitely a place you must try if your in the area.“
“Haven't been to longhorn in a few years. My first experience wasn't that great. They really really made up for it with this experience. I had a strawberry chicken salad and it was great. My wife had a 6 oz steak with with brussel sprouts and mac and cheese and I tried both and it was great. She ate all her steak. “Love eating here this is the second or third time I’ve been here. They give the option if you want bbq or not. Love the fried dumplings and a big selection of different kimchi. I almost got to try all of them but they didn’t have one of them.“
“Me and the guys at work ordered lunch there several times now because they make a fantastic Burger. For a while they weren't getting it right but now they seem to be consistent with it and it's great. Great lunch Burger! Do people handling the to go orders or a nice and friendly and they get your order quickly so you can get out of there right away, it's perfect!“
“Fantastic BBQ! Love that you can get point or flat cut brisket. Be sure that if you ask for the ramen to go, you have the broth packed separate from everything else otherwise the noodles absorb too much broth and get all mushy and there won't be enough broth for the soup.“
“Had a great night on a date with my beautiful girlfriend. We were quickly sat at a table by the window and caught a beautiful view of the sunset. Our waitress was friendly and did a ok job. The smoked wings are really darn good. Have plenty of leftovers to enjoy tomorrow for lunch.Dietary restrictions: My lady is highly allergic to gluten and she was perfectly fine after dinner“
“Overall a good experience! The atmosphere & the service were great. We would try again because of that. The food left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t bad at all. But it definitely wasn’t as good as we were expecting based on reviews. We got Nachos w/ chili, onion rings, garlic parm wings, a platter, brisket potato skins, Caesar salad, Mac and cheese, brisket tacos, French fries, carrot cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake with strawberries, and brownie sundae. We tried a little bit of everything as we like to do when we eat somewhere new. Dinner was okay. Just not great. The meat we found to be extremely dry however, the smoky flavor was great. The Mac & cheese was flavorless. Not cheesy at all! Like buttered noodles almost. The nachos were good but the toppings were just plopped on the very top / not spread around so most the chips were dry and there was very little toppings to try to spread on all of the chips. We got the 4 desserts to go and we all must say- they were the best part. Delicious dessert options!! The service was great from both our server and what I believe to be a manager when they got very busy. He jumped in and was helping the only server. Very nice people and they did a great job despite the rush.“
“Not a bad place. The staff were very friendly. They gave us a heads up about the parking lot close by and it's a bit risky because the lot is owned by a towing company. You do the math.The nachos weren't bad but they weren't my favorite. They had chili on them. If you like chili you'll love them. I'm not a huge fan of chili.The ribs were DELICIOUS! I LOVED THEM.The Mac & Cheese was good. Not kraft krap. It was real homemade-style made with elbow pasta.The waffle fries and sweet potato tots were perfect. Just enough crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.The atmosphere was cool, laid back, and casual. The place had a lot of art on the walls but we were in a corner out of sight so I didn't get any good photos.The bathrooms were nice and clean. It's owned by a towing company, and they love to tow cars around any chance they get.I went around the block and paid for the parking garage. It's fairly cheap and way less of risk.“
