“We called Trevor before heading over to his food truck to make sure he was still at the location. Not only did he wait for 30 mins for us to arrive, we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. We were considering the catering services for hot dogs and hamburgers but Trevor was right…after trying his j*** chicken, barbecue chicken, brisket, and pull pork we are now reconsidering a different menu for our catering event! “I ordered dinner tonight on the recommendation of the owners sister who ate at my restaurant in wolcott last week, I must say the food was great, meats were tender and flavorful, sides didn't disappoint either, food even traveled well back to my house in Southbury. “I have been here three times now and each time it has been a total pleasure. Staff is freindly and attentive, food is fabulous and wait time when using the app was non-existant. This place always packs out because it is good food for a good value and served with a smile. On one occasion, my brother's steak arrived cooked under what he requested. They took care of it no problem and even brought him a fresh side so it was nice and hot and waited at the table to make sure it was cooked to his liking. Appetizers are great (love the fried pickles), the complimentary rolls are delightfully delicious, gravy... just yum and sides are tasty. We are very happy customers!“
