“We were traveling for work and the hotel suggested we check out Pig Rig. We were not disappointed! The BBQ baked beans were awesome. It is kind of unfair to just call them baked beans, there is so much going on that it could be the entree by itself. Whatever you get make sure that bbq baked beans is one of them. The brisket is shredded not sliced and I loved it (6) different sauces and they are all great. The food was awesome and the staff were just as great! The owners were super friendly and I will definitely be returning. Hidden gem in CT for sure!“

“The food was delicious. Although this is not a reflection on the other servers... Our waitress show little patience but actual disdain. She was rude. If it wasn't for our company and fellowship along with the tastiness of the food she would have ruined everything. We shrugged it off, and I did not tip her.
