“We came in for Father’s Day and had Amber as our waitress. She was pleasant, attentive, and professional. She took care of everything you are supposed to and made it look easy. The restaurant was busy so food came out a little slower than they probably do on a typical night. I had a boozy Peanut butter milkshake and it was fantastic. It really set the tone. Everyone at the table had burgers and loved them. I had blacked chicken tacos with rice. Tacos were really good but the rice was an afterthought. Very dry. The manager came around and gave the dads at the table a coupon for a free 25.00 entree at any of their restaurants. Very generous and we will certainly use it. A near perfect experience. Oh, and we were greeted when we entered and thanked on the way out. A huge plus with me.“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. “We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. I’ve worked in foodservice delivery and have always viewed restaurants from back of house which influenced my decision to eat there. I recommend Marks and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

The cinnamon pastry (not sure what they called it) was legitimately the size of a small dinner plate—we snacked on it for two days. These people KNOW pastry. The apple turnover was the best I have ever had and my husband raved about the Boston Cream Donut. If you are in the area give them a try…you will be so happy that you did!!!“

“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“
