“On Saturday, August 16, 2025, my husband and I had the pleasure of eating a late lunch/early dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The service was pleasant and prompt, the decor was beautiful, and the food was delicious! Before our entrees, we split the potato skins appetizer. I really liked the crispy skin. (I don't usually eat all of the skin of potato skins, preferring the filling instead, but I ate all of mine from Zanto's!) The Shrimp Scampi Provençal was one of the best versions of shrimp scampi that I've ever had. My husband raved about his dish of Scallops Massimo. I don't know if we'll ever be in that area of CT again, but if we are, we'll go out of our way to eat at Zanto's. 5/5“

“I wanted some hot soup and something spicy to flush out this cold I have, and was on my way home from school in Springfield to Enfield. I came across this restaurant on Google and had never been, so wanted to give it a try. I got the lunch special, with coconut soup, 2 spring rolls and the massaman curry. I asked if it was possible to get no mushrooms in the soup, and they happily accommodated! I also asked if my curry could be extra spicy, and was also told yes. I wish I took photos, but it smelled too good to wait because everything was absolutely delicious (with no mushrooms and the curry delightfully spicy!) and I even have a little left over for tonight 😊. Lunch special was a great deal for $13.90 and I will definitely be back!“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. They have fresh baked items in the bakery case daily that are priced reasonably, and their scones are THE BEST with great flavor and spot-on texture. Dining in, I always enjoy the Farmer's Benedict with a side of fresh baked sourdough toast. I prefer my eggs poached hard, and they gladly accommodate this request. “We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. “Great place to visit. I ate lunch here last week. The food was excellent. I started with the Cha Gio rolls as an appetizer and had the Mi Xao noodle dish with beef and veggies. Really delicious. I thought the service was also great. The waitress recommended the dish I tried and she was 100% right. It seems like a family owned restaurant, everyone was very friendly there and checked on me throughout the meal. I really enjoyed the food and plan to go back this week. Highly recommend!“

“Our second time trying Verona and both times we were very happy with our food. Our first visit we got pizza to go and it was the best margarita pizza we’ve ever had. Tonight we dined in and had the most amazing meals. They were super busy today and were out of some items so we had to change our order but I am so glad we did. The penne ala vodka was the best I’ve ever had and my husband loved the lasagna. The server, Harmony, was so kind and attentive. They have a good selection of beers. We both had burgers and they were juicy and delicious. Their fries really stole the show though, so fresh and perfectly fried.

“I just recently hosted a beautiful bridal shower at Soma Grille. Carlos was such a pleasure to work with. He gave me access to his dining room and I ran with it. The communication was spot on from the set up of the tables to the meal choices; there were no issues at all. The staff were very accommodating and polite to work with as well. The food presentation was beautiful and I received so many compliments of how delicious the food was. With three meal choices everyone was taken care of. The bonus was that the restaurant is located in the 1820 House which made it so convenient for out of town/state guests to stay. I Highly recommend Some Grille and will be returning back for dinner to take advantage of summer nights on his outdoor patio.“
