Ordered an order to go online and it said the food would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived and explained that I was bringing the food back to a hospital room at Baystate and needed to eat it there. They at first could not find my order, then it took them 15 minutes to get my order ready. I asked for a Togo bowl or extra containers and they said it would not be a problem, then when the food came out told me they would have to charge individually extra for the 2 spare containers....read full review

Everyone in the family will love it. My sons ordered peach boba teas today with their Pho and said “these are the best boba teas I ever had” The wait staff is always pleasant too. We enjoyed the new young gentleman’s service today. Thank you for another great meal. Oh and we learned to use chop sticks.
