“Everything I've had here is so good. It can get packed and busy, but you can order online and just pick it up, which saves a ton of time. They did run out of silverware the last time we were there, which was annoying as I ordered a salad and had I known there was no silverware, I would have gotten something different“

“Everyone in the family will love it. My sons ordered peach boba teas today with their Pho and said “these are the best boba teas I ever had” The wait staff is always pleasant too. We enjoyed the new young gentleman’s service today. Thank you for another great meal. Oh and we learned to use chop sticks.“

“Pho was good enough to pass my standards. It ain't got the best broth, but tasty nonetheless. Got the extra large pho dac biet. They do not skimp on the meat. Lots of meat. Staff was friendly.Ordered the Vietnamese coffee. That thing was delicious and it hits like a truck. Imagine driving 3 Celsius' in one go. It'll keep you awake for hours. Great pick-me-up for an out of town person, like me.“

“You can have it as spicy or not spicy but it’s very good, noted throughout the Springfield area and there’s actually a finding of beers that are from India (I didn’t forget that) but overall it’s worth it & unsure of their East Longmeadow branch but you have to go there for yourself.“

“We ate here before going to the NBA Hall of Fame, which is in the same building (but you could eat here without going to the HOF). Exceptional burgers, a very large menu, and great service!
Vegetarian options: They will substitute a plant-based burger on any of the burgers. The $3 upcharge is a bit steep, but it is a great burger!“

“Went to get a Poke Bowl for dinner tonight. When I gave the server my completed loyalty card I was informed they no longer honor them. I just completed it 2 weeks ago. This business has made a decision that loyal customers are not important. This is unacceptable to me and I will not be going back, EVER!!!!!Update: I received a call that night from the manager who apologized for the misunderstanding. He informed me they will honor the loyalty cards, but are coming out with a new app based loyalty program in the near future. On that basis I will give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to patronize their business.“

“I bought a gluten free panini and wasn't sure what to expect. I have never been there before. Everything that is gluten was separate. Was grilled on a designated press. I didn't have to explain anything, the staff was knowledgeable about taking care of gf items. Changed gloves as soon as I said it was an allergy without me having to ask... which is HUGE!! I was so impressed with the prep...then I had my panini. Absolutely amazing! Loved it! I highly recommend!! Great job Hot Table!!
