“Today was my first time at this restaurant and it was beyond delicious. I got the pulled pork sandwich and the peach smoothie and both were absolutely fabulous. I can't wait to be back in the area next week and I'll be sampling a lot more of the menu next time. I highly recommend it.“

“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

Our waitress, Xam, was nothing short of phenomenal—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special shoutout to the owner, whose kindness left a lasting impression—he generously paid for my parking meter when he noticed I was out of coins. And the food? Absolutely divine.
