“Went tonight 9/3, 9:39pm to pick up and mobile order and because I ask that one of the Baja blast was changed to a Pepsi the girl that was at the drive through window she did it with some attitude visible she was unhappy to change it, she told me next time do it on the app and then she started to laugh with her co-worker. Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes and order, eats are the one who pay her salary, if you have a good service you get a good business. So can someone let her or any manager know that If she doesn’t know how to treat customers she should be working in the drive through window. Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“

“I'm so impressed! I came in about 20 min ago and the two gentleman provided quick and friendly service! And the food is amazing!We went to pay with a giftcard that my mom bought in another state and even though she paid for it it had no money because the guy never activated it. They called the general manager and they couldn't get it resolved but they gave us free drinks on the house and money off and that was way more than expected. I'm definitely coming back“
