“I go to Moe’s usually twice a week, and the food is Always great, service friendly and efficient!!! Today was my 12th visit, and the first time I had a problem, when I gave the cashier my $2 off coupon code, he didn’t ring it correctly, only deducted $1off my total, highlighted the code, brought the slip in another room and never said anything. I left the line, looked at my receipt and saw he only gave me $1 off instead of $2, and went back to ask the man why and he first said it was rang correctly, then said it came up as an INVALID code, but was worth $1discount, and Lastly said some people use codes repeatedly, basically treating me like a criminal. I was very upset by this treatment and hope no one else gets treated this way, by this worker. I do plan on speaking with the store manager, Hopefully, it’s Not this worker.“
