“I’m in love with this food, I’m from Mexico and it’s nice to have a little piece of my food here, is hard to find real Mexican places around that have authentic Mexican taste, and this food truck never disappoint me, prices are fair, proportions are real good, I wish salsas would be more spicy but I also know not everyone like it spicy, they taste very good anyways, the pupusas are fresh made, the tortillas are also handmade, and it’s one of the few places that also have tongue tacos. I love to come eat with my family at least every 2-3weeks“

“I go to Moe’s usually twice a week, and the food is Always great, service friendly and efficient!!! Today was my 12th visit, and the first time I had a problem, when I gave the cashier my $2 off coupon code, he didn’t ring it correctly, only deducted $1off my total, highlighted the code, brought the slip in another room and never said anything. I left the line, looked at my receipt and saw he only gave me $1 off instead of $2, and went back to ask the man why and he first said it was rang correctly, then said it came up as an INVALID code, but was worth $1discount, and Lastly said some people use codes repeatedly, basically treating me like a criminal. I was very upset by this treatment and hope no one else gets treated this way, by this worker. I do plan on speaking with the store manager, Hopefully, it’s Not this worker.“

Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes and order, eats are the one who pay her salary, if you have a good service you get a good business. So can someone let her or any manager know that If she doesn’t know how to treat customers she should be working in the drive through window. Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“

“I'm so impressed! I came in about 20 min ago and the two gentleman provided quick and friendly service! And the food is amazing!We went to pay with a giftcard that my mom bought in another state and even though she paid for it it had no money because the guy never activated it. They called the general manager and they couldn't get it resolved but they gave us free drinks on the house and money off and that was way more than expected. I'm definitely coming back“

Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“
