“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“

The restaurant was busy so food came out a little slower than they probably do on a typical night. I had a boozy Peanut butter milkshake and it was fantastic. It really set the tone. Everyone at the table had burgers and loved them. I had blacked chicken tacos with rice. Tacos were really good but the rice was an afterthought. Very dry. The manager came around and gave the dads at the table a coupon for a free 25.00 entree at any of their restaurants. Very generous and we will certainly use it. A near perfect experience. Oh, and we were greeted when we entered and thanked on the way out. A huge plus with me.“

“We just started ordering from Gold Chopsticks because my daughter recommended them. We’ve ordered delivery from them 3 times! Their food is really good compared to other Chinese restaurants. We ordered a PuPu and it was juicy and delicious. The egg rolls are larger and not dried out. The beef teriyaki was the best. The meat was thick and juicy and the sauce was not too salty or greasy. The same with the boneless pork that had no fattybits, not over cooked and not greasy. The meat was meaty and not dry. They delivered to us in Chicopee too despite the restaurant is in West Springfield.“

I asked if it was possible to get no mushrooms in the soup, and they happily accommodated! I also asked if my curry could be extra spicy, and was also told yes. “My husband and I have dinner at Lulu's at least twice a week. They have the best drinks, food and staff. The French onion soup is the best in the area (in my opinion.) The wait staff is so friendly and always makes us feel like we're having dinner at a friend's house. We almost always run into old friends there and never feel rushed. They accommodate our "tweaked" meal requests with a smile. Love Lulu's to pieces! 🥰“

I took a star off my most recent experience because they have begun watering down the liquid base and they’re skimping on the chicken pieces.
