“This Vietnamese restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a cozy atmosphere and the most inviting aromas. The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor—every dish tastes like it was made with care and tradition. The pho was rich and comforting, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality.
Special shout-out to our waitress Thann- he’s truly made the experience unforgettable. Thann was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, always checking in with a warm smile and making sure i had everything i needed. His service went above and beyond and added so much to the overall experience.
If you’re looking for amazing Vietnamese food paired with outstanding customer service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back! 🍜💛“

“Anyone who rates this restaurant less than 5 stars is absurd. I am a huge foodie and have found that there are VERY few good restaurants in the Valley. Saigon Chef is EASILY #1. Frankly I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars it’s that good!!! The pho is spectacular—I have no idea how they make the broth so flavorful. Truly a feat! This unassuming restaurant is a must-visit. The staff are very friendly, too!“
