One of the better locations in and around Springfield besides maybe West Springfield. Past year or so they've been getting orders correct most of the time. Sometimes there are mistakes but I find happen when I'm ordering very late. They seem to always have a DoorDash driver nearby if that's your thing. Placed a mobile order for two 4-pack chicken tacos. Picked up the order, got home, and we had one 2-pack chicken tacos and for some reason, several bags of the strawberry twist dessert. Not correct at all. However, 3 stars because I called and the man who answered (the manager, I believe) was incredibly kind and apologetic and did what he could to make the situation right.
