“We had reservations at another restaurant in Southwick for 30+ people and were told day of that they could no longer accommodate us so we were left scrambling last minute for a place. I called the Rail trail and spoke with the owner Natalie who was more than happy to accommodate us all last minute. They were completely ready for us a half hr before we arrived. We had Heather as our waitress who was phenomenal and handle our large group with ease and grace! I couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated and the food, as always, was delicious!!!“

“Very cool venue for bands. Acoustics are great due to the wood structure. They sized the crowd just right with the amount of tickets sold, not too packed. We saw Sage King's tribute to Chris Cornell, Revelations, who shared the stage with Brock Landers' Real Thing - An Alice In Chains Experience for the ultimate GRUNGE NIGHT. Plenty of good sight lines to the stage from multiple levels, including the lofts. Parking was easy and they had staff guide parkers. There was also a Bears food truck and alcohol served onsite.“

“Our second time trying Verona and both times we were very happy with our food. Our first visit we got pizza to go and it was the best margarita pizza we’ve ever had. Tonight we dined in and had the most amazing meals. They were super busy today and were out of some items so we had to change our order but I am so glad we did. The penne ala vodka was the best I’ve ever had and my husband loved the lasagna. The server, Harmony, was so kind and attentive. Portion sizes were very generous and now I have lunch for tomorrow as well. We will definitely be back!“

“We just started ordering from Gold Chopsticks because my daughter recommended them. We’ve ordered delivery from them 3 times! Their food is really good compared to other Chinese restaurants. We ordered a PuPu and it was juicy and delicious. The egg rolls are larger and not dried out. The beef teriyaki was the best. The meat was thick and juicy and the sauce was not too salty or greasy. The same with the boneless pork that had no fattybits, not over cooked and not greasy. The meat was meaty and not dry. They delivered to us in Chicopee too despite the restaurant is in West Springfield.“

Our guests especially loved the crab rangoon and chicken salad. The Thai tea and matcha crème brûlée were also big hits. “On Saturday, August 16, 2025, my husband and I had the pleasure of eating a late lunch/early dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The service was pleasant and prompt, the decor was beautiful, and the food was delicious! Before our entrees, we split the potato skins appetizer. I really liked the crispy skin. (I don't usually eat all of the skin of potato skins, preferring the filling instead, but I ate all of mine from Zanto's!) The Shrimp Scampi Provençal was one of the best versions of shrimp scampi that I've ever had. My husband raved about his dish of Scallops Massimo. I don't know if we'll ever be in that area of CT again, but if we are, we'll go out of our way to eat at Zanto's. 5/5“
