Myself and my boyfriend recently dinned at Millwright’s for their vegan tasting menu! We were amazed with what head chef Ashley Flagg brought to the table. As people who frequent various restaurants for their plant-based options often, these 5 courses were something you can’t find anywhere else! After months of trying to get reservations, we finally were able to experience the exquisite food of Millwrights. Every single dish was unique and exquisite — no notes. It’s a full-blown sensory experience, I can’t wait to be back.

We had a group of 7 and opted for the table wide chefs 5 course tasting menu. It was excellent... A bit pricy at $85/head, but definitely uniquely flavorful and deliberately paired. An additional $50 or so gives you a wine pairing with each course as well. Definitely would try it again as the menu is ever changing and evolving with the seasons.
