“We came in for Father’s Day and had Amber as our waitress. She was pleasant, attentive, and professional. She took care of everything you are supposed to and made it look easy. The restaurant was busy so food came out a little slower than they probably do on a typical night. I had a boozy Peanut butter milkshake and it was fantastic. It really set the tone. Everyone at the table had burgers and loved them. I had blacked chicken tacos with rice. Tacos were really good but the rice was an afterthought. Very dry. The manager came around and gave the dads at the table a coupon for a free 25.00 entree at any of their restaurants. Very generous and we will certainly use it. A near perfect experience. Oh, and we were greeted when we entered and thanked on the way out. A huge plus with me.“

Came back and he remembered my order precisely… right down to the exact Martini!!! This guy is the real deal and the food is stellar! Props to Rob for his amazing customer service and Roberto’s for their scrumptious food.“

“First time to this particular Applebee's. Not overly impressed. Freezing cold inside and we were a good ways away from the door. Seated immediately, waitress came right over with menus and asked about beverages. I can't eat cilantro. Allergic. I AM ServeSafe certified and know the food rules very well. It took our waitress THREE times going back and forth from our table to the kitchen to figure out what to do about my request to leave it off my meal. She and I'm thinking the chef are kinda rough around the edges when it comes to allergies. They, by law must be all ServeSafe certified. I have my responsibility to speak up. I did but they were stymied about what to do with it.
When the food came it was correct. Except my mango lemonade was straight up lemonade. I was too afraid to ask to fix it after the cilantro drama so I just dealt with it. My niece was happy with her meal. Check came quickly and payment went flawlessly considering I paid in cash and most places prefer card.
Just retrain the staff on allergies and how to punt when it gets thrown at them. And turn up the heat. It was 45 degrees outside and we FROZE inside. Never warmed up in the hour we were there.“

“We are a few English lads, who follow England and Sunderland all the time, having a tour of Massachusetts. We have been to a lot or bars across Europe and America and this is one of the best places we have ever been.

Extremely cheap but amazing beer and food, lovely service and people, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, and the scran is 10/10

We are only in Springfield for 2 night and we have had to come back a second time it is that good, it’s a shame we can’t stay!

Does not offer all you can eat, does have a bar to sit at. It does have tables and Boots. It does have takeout. It does not deliver unless you arrange it with a delivery app. The food is good. The service is fast you can meet with small groups here, The special breakfast is something to eat. You definitely get half a ham LOL. Never been disappointed there“

Then we placed our food order. 2 fish and chips I was told they were excellent. 1 large tortilla soup. Also excellent, 1 French onion soup was excellent as well. Then there was my penne a la vodka. Well it was not excellent. I did try to give it a chance. There was no sauce to speak of. Believe me I stirred it up looking for the sauce. I tried a bite even 2 no favor at all so I asked for the shredded parmesan, that was supposed to come with it and proceeded to put it on the penny. It did not help it actually made it worse. That parmesan was the hardest driest shreds, I have ever eaten. Believe me I know good penne a la vodka. In the last 2 weeks I have had delicious penne a la vodka in NY City in little Italy. Delicious and in another restaurant in the western ma area both were delicious. So I had to send it back and asked for the roast beef a jue grinder it did take them for ever to make it everyone at the table had eaten their meals and were ready to go. So I had to inhale my meal but we had not seen all of them in years so they were not up set to wait for me to eat. More time to catch up . I have to say it was delicious the beef grinder. I would definitely get it again. I will be giving them another chance . But I will never order the penne a la vodka again ever. Beautiful decor.“

“My waiter, Kevin i believe it was, was amazing! I told him in the beginning about my wheat allergy, and he was so vigilant about everything it was great. He even made sure to check with the bar (without me asking) to double check that the alcohol used in the drink wasnt wheat based and wouldn't make me sick. When I asked for a sauce for my fries he told me no, only because it contains wheat, which i had no idea. I always try to pick restaurants that will be safe for me to eat at, and honestly I have never felt safer eating in a restaurant before! Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and amazing experience, and it shows! Will definitely be back“
