Have been to just about every friendlys in the area before and after they all closed except a select couple and I must say, out of them all, this one is the best one hands down, the GREATEST ONE...major s/o to Charlotte Emily and Jessica for their service and words will never explain the love and appreciation I have for them and its an honor to know them and having been served by them at past locations also..it also warms my heart to see that they're all together 💛💛

The East Longmeadow location is one of my favorite places. I visit each time I'm in Massachusetts. Excellent menu and outstanding ice cream varieties!
We ordered five ice creams and two shakes, they put all inside of the same bag one milk shake basically on its side with the top off leaking all over. Who Puts milkshakes in a bag….
