Have been to just about every friendlys in the area before and after they all closed except a select couple and I must say, out of them all, this one is the best one hands down, the GREATEST ONE...major s/o to Charlotte Emily and Jessica for their service and words will never explain the love and appreciation I have for them and its an honor to know them and having been served by them at past locations also..it also warms my heart to see that they're all together 💛💛

I believe that this Friendlys restaurant in East longmeadow has by far the best burgers in town. They are a hidden gem when it comes to preparing their burgers. They are very juicy, tasty, well put together and they have excellent service.
Friendlys in East Longmeadow is a favorite place for me.

Friendly's is a classic American restaurant known for its delicious ice cream and burgers. The restaurant offers a nostalgic experience, reminiscent of simpler times. The staff works hard to provide great service and tasty food, with the fish and chips being a popular choice. The restaurant has recently seen improvements, resulting in a better dining experience. The ice cream is a highlight, always perfect. After a period of decline, Friendly's is making a comeback, offering good food, service, and atmosphere once again. Customers can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and excellent food, with the restaurant being family-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The grilled potatoes, Captain's Dish, and the large pineapple Sunday with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a cherry are all highly recommended by customers.
