We will go here since our go-to’s are wrapping up for the winter. That being said - it’s a bit pricey compared to the places we frequent but they’re open in the winter and we’re ice cream lovers so it is what it is for the winter ??‍♀️ service was mostly kind. They did seem annoyed by us deciding what we wanted but we haven’t been there before and there’s a plethora of options (and there was no one behind us.) I'm new to East longmeadow Massachusetts and I absolutely have found the best ice cream here. They have a huge variety and delicious ice cream. Definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend JB's ice cream Factory ?

Classic New England hard-packed ice cream. Rich flavor and creamy texture. Chocolate chocolate chunk is decadent. Coconut pineapple tastes like real toasted coconut with a hint of pineapple. Very generous single scoops.
