“Went there 2 Saturdays in a row. The first Saturday we had Pam as our bartender, she was great, very knowledgeable about the beers, very friendly, greeted us by saying welcome to Onw Way and is this your first time here? She even suggested we try a slice from Frankie's Pizza right next door.
Went back this Saturday, the beer was sill cold and tasty but a complete turn around on staff. She was nice but seemed kinda shy. We'll go back again and see lol

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?”

“Do you ever just need a good old fashioned American hamburger? I’ve always loved this place, but the other day my grandson and I were taken care of by the lovely Savana. Her attention to detail, with my grandsons gluten allergy, and eagerness to make our night special, was beyond incredible. We will be coming back, and asking for Savana!”

Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent. All the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great, very nice and clean throughout the restaurant. 10/10, highly recommended. Must try if you visit the Holyoke Mall!

“Oh my! The BBQ ribs here were amazing. I mean totally amazing. They are smoked, deep fried and slathered with BBQ sauce that is out of this world. Owner and Chef Eddie was available to share their story and yes, they are doing it right. Service was quick, which was good cuz I was hungry. Portions were perfect. We also had the brisket, smoked chicken and sides! Oh yea sides! Their apple blackberry Cole slaw was so fresh and yummy!!! Thanks for a great meal! “On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.”

I honestly can’t believe all the different food and variety that was there. Sylvia was also there and made everyone feel at home.
