“I have been eating at and ordering from Mandarin Wilbraham for 8 years. Every time, inside or at home, the food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is friendly and double checks for order correctness and specifics. When I call for take out they ask me if I would like my usual hot sauce. (Who would know that?) My order this evening was delivered and was not my order. They called me immediately and were back at my home in less than 10 minutes, all apologies. When my correct order came, again, piping hot, fresh and delish!! And with a smile. Accolades to your attention, excellent food and true dynamic of serving wonderful food to your neighbors! “This bakery is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Gigantic pastries that are flaky and delicious. Everything we tried was AMAZING. They are very generously sized too. The cinnamon pastry (not sure what they called it) was legitimately the size of a small dinner plate—we snacked on it for two days. These people KNOW pastry. The apple turnover was the best I have ever had and my husband raved about the Boston Cream Donut. If you are in the area give them a try…you will be so happy that you did!!!“

“We went for breakfast, the two women up front were so sweet. The lady turned on the witch for my baby to see, and even came out in the pouring rain to give her candy on our way out. They were closing early, but they were amazing to us even 30 minutes to closing when we came in. ( I didn’t realize they were closing early for the holiday.) The price and the service is far beyond 5 stars! Highly recommended stopping for a bite to eat. The food was just as amazing as the people working!“

“Marco Carreira and his team recently catered a lunch buffet for an event that I hosted at my home. They came through for me on a very busy weekend on short notice. The food was still steaming hot when we picked it up, the amount of food included was more than generous, and everyone commented on how delicious everything was. Highly recommend!“

“My mom brought me out for my birthday yesterday and the food and service was exceptional. I got the Shrimp Alfredo with fettuccine and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My Mom got a Grilled Chicken Salad and it was huge and buried with tons of chicken. My grandmother got a Steak and Cheese Grinder and the cheese pull was fantastic and it tasted amazing. We all opted for the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer which were absolutely delicious, although I wish they were larger. Our waitress was a nice young lady who was fabulous. All in all it was a great dining experience. 9/10“

“We came in for Father’s Day and had Amber as our waitress. She was pleasant, attentive, and professional. She took care of everything you are supposed to and made it look easy. The restaurant was busy so food came out a little slower than they probably do on a typical night. I had a boozy Peanut butter milkshake and it was fantastic. It really set the tone. Everyone at the table had burgers and loved them. I had blacked chicken tacos with rice. Tacos were really good but the rice was an afterthought. Very dry. The manager came around and gave the dads at the table a coupon for a free 25.00 entree at any of their restaurants. Very generous and we will certainly use it. A near perfect experience. Oh, and we were greeted when we entered and thanked on the way out. A huge plus with me.“

I own that it was my fault . They had erased the prices off the board maybe because Saturday night. Prices on the drinks menu were not accurate . We ordered a capacino I expected a small cup as it was priced at $2 on the menu. Was a delicious drink in a glass but was $6. Was told that was old prices but on all the menus. I was charged 6 and was told they could not credit me as the owner was not there. The drink was probably worth 6 but the menu should be correct. My fish was very good. Salad mediocre mainly just lettuce and blue cheese dressing was very bitter. We will probably give it another try. Staff very good. I will ask the prices next time.“

“My husband and I have dinner at Lulu's at least twice a week. They have the best drinks, food and staff. The French onion soup is the best in the area (in my opinion.) The wait staff is so friendly and always makes us feel like we're having dinner at a friend's house. We almost always run into old friends there and never feel rushed. “Today was my first time back to Gio’s restaurant since I moved to Connecticut about 11 years ago. My friend and I used to bike here from our childhood homes and get their delicious gourmet grinders. The quality since then has NOT changed. My Red Dragon grinder was fresh and delicious. Just how I remembered it a decade ago. I am happy to confirm that in ten years the quality has not gone down and Gio was upfront with his kind interactions with all customers. The business has only grown and Gio deserves all the success!
