“Excellent bread and dessert with super nice people working the counter. Open later than most bakeries, thank God otherwise I’d never make it after work. Apple Fritters, Carrot Cake, Boston Cream Doughnuts. So many pastries and danish it’s like going back in time to when quality and service matters. La Fiorentina is up there too as far as the best in Western Massachusetts. I personally prefer the polish bakery over the Italian but they are both great.“

Mauro asked me all of the important questions regarding the wedding cake from the design, colors, flavors, and etc. It was very easy to finalize everything with him leading up the wedding day.

We received MANY compliments about the cake design and the taste! I even had one friend tell me how much she loves La Fiorentina and that she used to go there a lot when she lived in Springfield. So she was thrilled to know we used this bakery.

“These AMAZING WOMEN saved my daughter's 21st birthday dinner. I ordered a cake from a woman that said she could deliver and took my money but what I received had me in tears on Thursday. Friday MORNING Koffee Kup listened, and Friday AFTERNOON sent me home with EXACTLY what she wanted, FOREVER LOYAL! I cannot thank Ro, the decorators and every person that works there enough!!!“

“I grew up in this neighborhood, rode my bicycle by here in the 1970's . The aroma was heavenly. They would cool racks of bread out the back door, and kindly sell you a loaf if asked. I have been to every corner of this country and in my opinion, Tougias, and the long gone Lido , "under the restaurant", bakery, are, and were, by far the best Italian breads you will ever find.“
