“I went to the Williams burg General Store for the first time on Sunday. I fell in love ❤️ Its neat and clean. Every one of the employees are so very nice. If you are looking for a little something for anyone in your life you will find it here. Of course my favorite part was the bakery. The bread and Danish I purchased were fresh, soft and tasty. “I came there with my family. We ordered at the register. You have to get your table and then wait for your food and pick that up and bring it to your table. My sister ordered the pizza a white pie with onions and prosciutto . It was delicious. My sister and I shared a BLT that was loaded with bacon and a big slab a tomato. It was absolutely delicious,The bread was exceptional. My mother ordered a turkey BLT and experienced the same for her sandwich, my father ordered a turkey Reuben and enjoyed every bite. We all ordered hot coffee and enjoyed a good cup. Our family, highly recommends bread euphoria“

“Thank you for the GORGEOUS cake!! Greggory kindly didn’t laugh at me for coming in half an hour before closing last night looking for a birthday treat. I was planning to just pick up some cupcakes or whatever he had left, but he was kind enough to make me a custom cake instead! It’s lemon cake with raspberry filling, and a gorgeous buttercream frosting. Sooooo delicious! And he went out of his way to make it beautiful, and still had it for next day. I’m so delighted with it. 😀 Highly recommend his shop for all your pastry needs! Also, definitely try the Russian tea cakes!“

“I ordered a cake for my co-worker’s retirement celebration. We had a limited budget & everyone was so happy with the cake. A half-sheet pan carrot cake, with luscious cream cheese frosting, beautifully decorated! It was enough for 20 people with leftovers. Highly recommend!“

“The best tasting biscotti I had in a long time. Fresh, proper texture and taste as the real Italian biscotti would be ( I lived in southern Italy for years). I have purchased my fist package in Easthampton during their farmer market hours. Chocolate chip are the ones I’ve tried and I will try other flavors as well. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for biscotti that are not hard as a rock, but also not soft as regular cookies.“

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.“

“I grew up in this neighborhood, rode my bicycle by here in the 1970's . The aroma was heavenly. They would cool racks of bread out the back door, and kindly sell you a loaf if asked. I have been to every corner of this country and in my opinion, Tougias, and the long gone Lido , "under the restaurant", bakery, are, and were, by far the best Italian breads you will ever find.“

“These AMAZING WOMEN saved my daughter's 21st birthday dinner. I ordered a cake from a woman that said she could deliver and took my money but what I received had me in tears on Thursday. Friday MORNING Koffee Kup listened, and Friday AFTERNOON sent me home with EXACTLY what she wanted, FOREVER LOYAL! I cannot thank Ro, the decorators and every person that works there enough!!!“

“Really not too bad if you do it right. Quick loading. Very tight but come in and pull all the way in and pull to the right side of the building at the back of the building, you can pull in enough to turn around. To turn around back into the small muddy area, see pics for the small muddy area to back, just enough to set yourself up for a regular back. Really the best way, wasn't bad, might be tough for someone new but take your time, its doable.. 🙂 the gentlemen I spoke with here today were all good and respectful. Make sure to pull in where it says shipping receiving, GPS may take you to the car entrance.“

“What a find. Someone on Facebook recommended patty to me. I needed just a few cupcakes for vegan/severe allergy guests at my sons bday. She was friendly, accommodating, and was quick with a reply. I had 1 extra cupcake and thought, perfect I'll actually get to try one! But we ended up with a sibling of a guest with a severe allergy as well so the extra cupcake worked out and mom was thrilled because her child never gets cake at parties and he's a little guy so it's very hard on him. Everyone who ate a cupcake was thrilled and said the cupcakes were out of this world delish. I typically buy cheap cupcakes from the supermarket and then buy specialty cupcakes for my guests who can't eat those but patty may be my new go to for ALL the cupcakes for my parties. Highly recommend. Absolutely zero disappointment. Thank you patty!! You made 4 kids who typically get left out at parties very very happy!“
