Really specific and intentional about their beans an roasting, I'm particular about this and I love the unique tasting notes their small batch provides. Their sandwiches are warm and delicious
This was our first experience with catalpa coffee. I ordered a latte . The espresso was really bold and flavorful . I enjoyed it a lot. I was going to order a pastry but there were fruit flies on the pastries. The way that the counter is set up is also kind of strange. I didn't know that I had to go around the corner to pick up my latte once I ordered and nobody told me... so I realized it when I watched them put the coffee down 15 ft away from me.
