Tart Baking Co. is such a wonderful spot in Northampton. Everything they bake is beautiful to look at—truly a visual feast before you even take a bite! It’s a step up from your standard coffee shop, offering high-quality, artisanal treats that feel entirely reasonable for the gorgeous piece of artwork you are consuming. Great service and amazing baked goods. We had the apricot danish and the pecan sticky bun and they were so good we returned for some tarts to take home - lavender lime and Boston cream tarts. My daughter got the cold brew with coconut syrup and really enjoyed it.
Cute lil place. I got a lox and bagel with cream cheese. I was hoping the bagel was gonna be house made but it seemed store bought. The cream cheese was good though. My only regret was that I didn't come with a bigger appetite as the dessert looked amazing.
