“A pretty good selection of items and for the most part at very fair prices. It is a mid size store but you have a lot of the key items one would look for. There are fresh and frozen items as well as pantry and ready to eat prepared meals. The service was very friendly, and for the most part many items were not expired but it's always good to check as some things may sit more than others. Parking was easy and a private lot. I will most certainly return here again in the future.“

“I was wandering around the store this morning looking for Poppycock, which I have done on three separate occasions. I stopped an employee named Chris J. and asked if she knew where I might find it, she looked and said maybe in front of the store. I thank her and continued on shopping. 15 minutes later while I was in the frozen food section here comes Chris with two cans of Poppycock original and Cashew, I took both. I have never had an employee of BJ's go above and beyond in such a way. I am very grateful. Thank you Chris J. you are one very nice person“

“My wife and I always make it a point to stop by this bakery we are from the Albany NY area During our travels to Springfield Mass we make sure we visit the customer service the girls are always kind and serve you with a smile. I would recommend this bakery very easy to get to off the interstate.“

“My favorite place in western Massachusetts! Great ice cream, a beautiful and expansive selection of plants, and the most delicious home made desserts you can find locally. I go here for starters and seeds in the spring, little treats whenever I pass by, and ice cream in the summer time with family. They also have a beautiful selection of fresh cut flowers. “Celebrated my mom’s birthday yesterday. She wanted a cannoli cake. We were celebrating her birthday in Agawam and was told about Goivanni’s. We live in central CT and were driving up. I ordered the cake on Friday with the assist of Anna. We were running late so I asked a local family member to pick it up for us. The cake was outstanding and next time we are in town we will stop by and explore other yummy goodies that they have to offer.“

“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“

“My Grandpa began taking me to get the best rye bread in the 80's. I have been going ever since. Cakes, special orders, pastries. Their doughnuts are hands down the best! Staff has always been super friendly, patient and efficient. During holiday season when Linea are out the door, staff never fails to be smiling and happy to help.“

“I've been going to La Fiorentina Pastry shop for 15 years now. It's a staple of the Italian section of the south end of Springfield. They have the BEST desserts and cakes in Western Mass. I would highly recommend their cannoli cakes if you are looking to branch off from basic chocolate, vanilla, and marble cakes. Great service and great food!“

“Auntie Cathie’s is an absolute gem. A gluten free persons paradise, I have not had one thing that isn’t absolutely delicious. Gluten free food is usually horrible and bland but not here, they make everything with love and it’s outstanding. Such kind people every time I stop in, thank you for doing that you do!!“

“The food is always delicious. Never a complaint there. The food has gotten much more expensive in the past year- a salad up 4.50 cents. And then if you use a card there is a fee which who doesn’t these days. The wait times for food to go are always long. Overall, I love the food so I will keep coming back. However, due to the cost and inconvenience of time, I won’t be back as often. Meals are usually in the 15-20 range and if you get a delicious cupcake or cake on display, you’re paying almost $50 for lunch’s“

“Customer service is very friendly. I purchased a birthday cake and was also able to pick it up early. My only concern is that O had to carry the cake out in the open which made me very nervous because I did not want anything to fall on the cake or have it out in the open air, but there weren't any bigger cake boxes available and no cover for the cake so the frosting would not be ruined. I've never heard of this before, but I rushed the cake home to the fridge nervous as heck. Cake came out beautiful! We are very pleased with the details and smoothness. We also purchased a peanut butter brownie and raspberry bar. They were both delicious, decadent, and filling. The brownie is very thick; you get a good size and if you can eat the whole brownie in one sitting, kudos to you!“

“I've been with East Baking since August 2022 and I can honestly say that this is the best company I've ever worked for. They teach and train you and are always great with answering questions. The best part is you are appreciated for your hard work. I've also had the pleasure of working directly with Dan (the owner) who is always willing to help you with any questions you have. How many people can say that? ?“

The starbread is Womderful, crisp crust and soft interior !!!! the tortellini are Superb and they sell a great book which tells not only the history, of the bakery( illustrated with photos) but the history of the migration from Italy to the area. A great and well written story!“

I ordered a frosted fruit cake and that came out really well. Parking here is terrible, and it's also at a weird intersection (but not the weirdest intersection in East Longmeadow, a town with terrible intersections).“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My boyfriend’s birthday was Easter Sunday, and I had no time to order a special cake for him or bake anything myself. I’ve never been to Cerrato’s before but I’ve heard great things. I took this as an opportunity to go in and see what they had. When I tell you this place is amazing, I mean it! They had so many different options to choose from, but my bf loves chocolate cake so I got the fudge cake. It’s the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. It was rich, moist, chocolately, and made with love. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved over it. The price was incredible also. Will be coming back for more!“

“Sandwiches are delicious. The only thing I can point out is that they should know what a sandwich Cubano is and what ingredients come on it. Tvs that should display the menu and prices are off creating a little distrust on how much the customer pays per item.“

“Best cannolis I've ever eaten. I've always disliked cannolis as the filling is too sweet and makes me feel sick after eating an entire one. These cannolis are perfection. I've tried a few other sweets from them and they're delicious!As for the freshness, since other reviews mention it, it hasn't been a problem yet. It's always fresh and you can ask them what was made the same day if you want to avoid a very slightly stale pastry. It's all homemade, so it spoils very quickly.Very good place and I will be here again.“
