We stopped by The Pie Bar after checking their website and seeing that one of the pies of the day was Key lime, one of our absolute favorites. It was perfection! Silky smooth, with the perfect amount of tartness, a gorgeous crust with just a little hint of salt, and a delicate piping of whipped cream. Everything was beautifully balanced.
