“Delicious food! We’ve ordered from here many times recently and have been very impressed with the quality and consistency of their food. Their hand pulled noodles which we did with their pad Thai were incredible. Their crab rangoons are some of the best I’ve ever had, and their General Tsos chicken is top notch. Very friendly staff”

The staff there are probably the hardest working food industry employees, they are usually busy and ALWAYS short staffed but, they are amazing for what they do and have to put up with. “We're from Wisconsin and had breakfast March 31 in your restaurant. I wish I could remember our waitress' name, but she was delightful. I had the (canned)corned beef hash omelet and loved it. I've never seen an omelet shaped the way you serve it, but again it was terrific on looks alone! You folks do a marvelous job.”

The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.”

“Hands down, Carefree Cakery make the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted! We have also ordered a couple of birthday cakes for our kiddos, and they too are spectacular. Not too heavy on frosting, and the cake is light and delicious. Our friends always comment on how delicious the cupcakes/cakes are. This week, we ordered a Wicked theme cake for our daughter’s 10th birthday party and it was so beautiful, I thought my kiddo was going to cry with joy when we picked it up!! “Creamy Delight soft serve ice cream, is REAL ice cream! The owner uses local, real milk that has 10% butterfat. No “fillers.” Her ice cream is simply the best soft serve ice cream I have ever had, and it’s worth the 30 minute drive from our house to buy her ice cream!!!! I humbly consider myself a soft serve ice cream connoisseur, having eaten ice cream from New York City to Boston and Vermont. 5 Stars for Creamy Delight! Absolutely gorgeous setting on Rte 47 in Hadley looking up at Skinner Mountain and the “Seven Sisters” mountains. No soft serve ice cream compares to Creamy Delight, and she’s open till November 2nd!!”
