“Once a week I get to visit the Little Truc and it is always one of the highlights. The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.”

I've never seen an omelet shaped the way you serve it, but again it was terrific on looks alone! You folks do a marvelous job.”

“Creamy Delight soft serve ice cream, is REAL ice cream! The owner uses local, real milk that has 10% butterfat. No “fillers.” Her ice cream is simply the best soft serve ice cream I have ever had, and it’s worth the 30 minute drive from our house to buy her ice cream!!!! I humbly consider myself a soft serve ice cream connoisseur, having eaten ice cream from New York City to Boston and Vermont. 5 Stars for Creamy Delight! Absolutely gorgeous setting on Rte 47 in Hadley looking up at Skinner Mountain and the “Seven Sisters” mountains. No soft serve ice cream compares to Creamy Delight, and she’s open till November 2nd!!”

The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.”

Frankly I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars it’s that good!!! The pho is spectacular—I have no idea how they make the broth so flavorful. Truly a feat! This unassuming restaurant is a must-visit. The staff are very friendly, too!”
