The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.”

We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, which was just the beginning of a more than exceptional experience. The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.”

“I really struggle with ARFID mainly my safe foods also being brand specific. Pizza is one of the foods that's easy for me to so exposure with. You really can't get that fancy with plain or pepperoni pizza but you can go wrong with the ingredients. Sometimes the cheese is weird, too much sauce or its sweet. After having visiting Augustines 3 times now, I can officially say after 10 years of living in western ma that I finally have a new safe restaurant for pizza that isn't a chain. The dough is perfect. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce; the sauce isn't sweet or gives off a pasta sauce taste. Ive tried so many different pizza places in the valley and always resort to Dominos. Now I can resort to some REAL food. Yall are amazing”

“Anyone who rates this restaurant less than 5 stars is absurd. I am a huge foodie and have found that there are VERY few good restaurants in the Valley. Saigon Chef is EASILY #1. Frankly I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars it’s that good!!! The pho is spectacular—I have no idea how they make the broth so flavorful. Truly a feat! This unassuming restaurant is a must-visit. The staff are very friendly, too!”
